“O la si ama o la si odia. Non ci sono vie di mezzo, non ci sono discorsi a convincimento che tengano. La caccia è come una donna, o ti innamori subito o ti resta indifferente per tutta la vita. Il mio è stato amore totale e da sempre. Forse per via dei riti che l'accompagnano, forse perché nonni e babbo erano cacciatori appassionati e io mi sono “cibato” di queste passioni fin da bambino” Riccardo Baracchi tells about his history as an hunter and how his passion born and grew since he was a child, thanks to his grandfather .
1st day- SATURDAY At your arrival Riccardo & Silvia Baracchi will welcome you and will join you for an aperitif on the veranda. A short briefing to present the hunting program . Welcome dinner a tour Michel Star restaurant .
2nd day - SUNDAY Buffet breakfast – transfer by jeep to the location for your first day of wild boar hunting : our location is wonderful and full of history, the game reserve in fact is around a fortifies castle by XIV century, where the Poet Dante Alighieri recovered during the war for Guelfi and Ghibellini. Lunch open air around the camp fire to taste delicious “ salsicce and Cinta senese grilled meat , glasses of wines by Baracchi production will be matched with the meat. At the end of your first hunting day, you can relax in the heated water of the Spa pool or – if you wish – for a relaxing massage- For the Ladies we can suggest different activities as a tour of Cortona – our beautiful etruscan town- or a funny cooking lesson with Silvia – Riccardo ‘s wife – focus on how cook at the best games and wild boar in particular . Depending on the month you will come we can suggest you also a visit to an olive oil mill to know how the famous Tuscan oil is made including an oil tasting with the Owner. But if you want relax and enjoy the warm and exclusive atmosphere of the Spa , our operators will be at your disposal for our luxurious treatments and massages. Dinner at our Michelin star restaurant. 3th day – MONDAY BUFFET BREAKFST AND DEPENDING ON YOUR DEPARTURE SCHEDULE, TIME FOR SHOPPING OR LEISURE AT YOUR OWN.
THECNICAL INORMATION Participants to our hunting program must be have a regular hunting license valid for the Country they are coming from and with international validity. We will provide to all authorizations and assurances to the regular performance of the hunting days in force of the Italian Laws about the matter.
