Lane Ware Leadership Academy hones the skills of lawyers interest- ed in becoming leaders in the State Bar, their local communities, and the profession. The academy teaches practical skills and best practices for leader- ship, including time management, conflict resolution, team engage- ment, networking, and communica- tion skills. Since 2016, 89 attorneys have attended, gaining the skills and confidence to seek out vital leader- ship opportunities.
