How to apply ?
Participant profile We are vigilant about the accessibility of the mission, particularly for young people with fewer opportunities. The volunteer's curiosity about Europe, their desire to discover another country and to live the European Union's motto "United in diversity", their desire to learn and develop their transversal skills and their dynamism will be essential. Applications that reflect the objectives of the ESC and its values will also be favored. We want the volunteer to be able to support facilitation and interventions and therefore be able to express themselves in front of an audience, but also to generate enthusiasm to make the interactions lively. The volunteer will also have to be flexible and adaptable given the diversity of the target audience. Finally, we expect the volunteer to be rigorous, particularly in terms of respecting the proposed timetable and schedule. We do not expect the young person to have a good command of French and English (although basic knowledge will be appreciated), but a curiosity and a desire to learn in order to develop their skills.
