MOF 2020 MOF 2020 sets out to become once more the “place to be” where new developments regarding all facets of novel porous materials, MOFs, COFs, porous polymers, cages and their applications in energy storage and conversion, gas separation and storage, electronics, batteries, sensing etc. will be jointly discussed for mutual benefit. Since the start of this leading event for chemists, chemical engineers and materials scientists, crystallographers, spectroscopists, the conference has demonstrated a variety of new applications in chemical engineering, chemistry, related disciplines like energy supply, and even more different fields such as analytics, life science and medicine. CONFERENCE SITE International Congress Center Dresden – Modern architecture meets state-of-the-art conference facilities The terrace-style International Congress Center Dresden (ICD) benefits from both state-of-the-art conference facilities and enviable location. Enjoying a prime spot on the banks of the river Elbe upstream from the neighboring state parliament, the facility is considered one of Europe’s most modern congress centers. Its various halls and rooms are spread over four levels and can accommodate up to 6,000 visitors. The ICD is located in a tranquil spot right on the banks of the Elbe and only a few minutes walk from the attractions of the historic old city. It offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the river Elbe. The exhibition hall will be situated as on the same floor as the main plenary room and two other conference rooms. There will be space for up to 15 exhibitors and 400 Posters. The catering will be offered in the same area.
