STOCKS THAT MAY MOVE

The company hopes to have its shares trading
on the big board by the end of the month.

TerrAscend (CSE:TER) plans to pursue growth

company will reorganize with the help
of Canopy Growth (TSX:WEED;NYSE:CGC), and
its subsidiary Canopy Rivers (TSXV:RIV).

D.R. Horton (NYSE:DHI) is down slightly in
pre-market trading after the homebuilder's

With files from The Globe and Mail, Reuters and Bloomberg News.

MARKETS
TSX and U.S. equity futures are lower after the
International Monetary Fund reduced its global

markets.

European stock indices are down for a
fourth day and Asian stock indices finished
overnight at a 17-month low.

The 10-year Treasury yield hit its highest
