BENDURA BANK AG, founded in 1998, is a fully licensed bank with headquarter in the principality
of Liechtenstein.
The company is a subsidiary (84.69%) of Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Ltd., Hong Kong, a luxury
goods group listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. Top performers in our establishment hold
15.11% of shares in the business. 0.20% are held by BENDURA BANK AG itself.
The fourth largest bank in Liechtenstein
– With around 110 highly qualified and motivated employees, BENDURA BANK AG manages
assets of around 3.9 billion Swiss Francs. Based on the volumes managed and profit after tax,
our company is in fourth place out of a total of 14 banks in the financial center of
Liechtenstein.
– Even though there was a change of the majority shareholder, the Board of Management
remained the same. As number 1 (CEO, since inception 1998) and 2 (since 2000) both turn 61
this year, the Board of Management has been enlarged by three members as of 31st August
2017. All three new board members could be successfully recruited from the bank’s middle
management.

attractive profit-sharing scheme. Overall, 41 high achievers from our company hold 15.11% of
shares in our institute.

promote sustainable growth. We want to continue to build up something with other people,
