Introduction:
To help citizens who have lost their livelihoods and incurred losses due to the COVID19
second wave lockdown, the Karnataka government announced economic relief package.

Rs. 2000 financial assistance has also been announced for unorganized sector workers
like barbers, washermen, mechanics, leather workers, carpenters, tailors, coolies,
ragpickers, household helps and street vendors.

    6. Bank Passbook Copy
Documents & Data needed by the program center for filing the master online
application:
    1. Physical presence of the domestic worker
    2. Name in English and Kannada
    3. Aadhar (linked to bank account)
    4. Caste (If Applicable – SC/ST/OB): Proof needed
    5. Religion (Hindu/Muslim/Christian/Jain/Sikh/Buddhist/Others)
    6. Gender (Male/Female/Transgender)
    7. Present and Permanent Address
    8. BPL Card No:
    9. BPL Card Holder Name (Both in English & Kannada)
    10. DOB BPL Card Holder Name
    11. Occupation type (Domestic Worker / Barber / Tailor /Washermen / Potters /
        Mechanics /Ragpickers, etc.)
