    Healthy Choices Referral Form - New

    Audience: Primary and Secondary Schools                                               Cascade to:

    Education Conference 28 March 2018

    North Yorkshire is holding an education conference in Harrogate on March 28 with     Headteachers,
    nationally known key note speakers and a wide range of workshops. Please book        senior leaders and
    early to avoid disappointment as this event is being promoted beyond North           school governors

    Youth Voice Conference - Friday 16th March 2018

    The key note speaker is Lemn Sissay MBE - He has been a writer from birth and             Representatives
