ž   Please see the Guidance Calendar for Liaison Visits. This sheet
    must be returned prior to the day of the first presentation.
ž   If you are a UNIVERSITY BOUND student you can attend 4
    university presentations for Ontario schools. You must have taken or
    be taking at least 6 gr. 12 U or M courses.
ž   If you are a COLLEGE BOUND student you can attend 4 college
    presentations. COLLEGE students CANNOT attend University
    presentations.
ž   If there is a fifth school you want to attend you MUST get approval
    the classroom teacher of the class you will be missing the most.
ž   Complete this form and return it to Mrs. Capretta.

OCAS/OUAC Application

ž You will need to visit Guidance for your OEN number-
  for colleges
ž OUAC when PIN’s are available you will hear an
  announcement for pick up
ž E-mail addresses appropriate (know your password)
  and now your password
ž Apply before Christmas
ž Set up your accounts at each school you apply to
OCAS/OUAC Application

ž 5 college choices RANK THEM
ž 3 University choices each additional choice is a
  separate fee
ž Both cases rank your choices even though universities
  say they do not consider rankings
ž Non refundable application fees- How to Pay?
ž They will ONLY process your app. once you pay

ž Always print off your application once you apply and
  keep reference numbers CONFIDENTIAL
ž Confirmation e-mails sent immediately
