Post-Secondary Presentation Sign Up Sheet

⦿   Please see the Guidance Calendar for Liaison Visits. This sheet must
    be returned prior to the day of the first presentation.
⦿   If you are a UNIVERSITY BOUND student you can attend 4 university
    presentations for Ontario schools. You must have taken or be taking
    at least 6 gr. 12 U or M courses.
⦿   If you are a COLLEGE BOUND student you can attend 4 college
    presentations. COLLEGE students CANNOT attend University
    presentations.
⦿   If there is a fifth school you want to attend you MUST get approval
    the classroom teacher of the class you will be missing the most.
⦿   Complete this form and return it to Mrs. Capretta.

June 1      Respond to your acceptance at OUAC and may need a financial
            commitment
June 15     Financial commitment for OCAS $500

⦿   3 University choices each additional choice is a separate
    fee
⦿   Both cases rank your choices even though universities
    say they do not consider rankings

⦿   They will ONLY process your app. once you pay

    RESEARCH ahead of time (credit card)

⦿   Start a file of all relevant paperwork
⦿   Any changes to application will receive a Confirmation
    number (keep it)
⦿   College deposit before you leave high school to hold your
    spot is usually $500
⦿   Ontario Scholar – must 6 gr 12 credits with an overall
    average of 80% or more
