Come and join me, Elly Clues, and I will show you my favourite
region of France – Provence
On this 10-day, 9-night tour I will show you some of my favourite villages and
markets in Provence
You will learn more about the wines of the region
by visiting one of the major wine merchants in the area
I will take you to explore the ancient Ochre fields
We visit the breathtaking exhibition at the Carriere de Lumieres
Cruise past the houses of the rich and famous in St Tropez
And of course we take you to our carefully chosen and favourite restaurants
to ensure a gourmet experience each and every night
We will also explore St Tropez for 2 nights and dip our toes into the
Mediterranean. Another highlight is a visit to one of the oldest perfume factories
in the city of Grasse where you will have the opportunity to create your own
personal perfume to take home
People who have joined us enjoyed the tour and its’ program immensely
We have hosted couples, friends, family as well as single ladies

For the first 7 nights of this tour you and your fellow travellers
will stay in a lavish private Villa with swimming pool
So, no pack and unpack of your suitcase every day
Plus, it allows you to live and feel like a local for the week!
We have 2 stunning Villa’s we use for our Tours; it depends on the number of
guests for each Tour which Villa will be booked
Accommodation in both Villa’s is based on a private room and bathroom for
each guest, except for couples who will be sharing a room
or for friends who wish to share

Itinerary
Day 1 – Saturday
We meet at Avignon TGV station between 1.30 – 2PM
which coincides with a train arrival from Paris and from Nice
Transfer to your Villa
Settle in, followed by welcome drinks and dinner at our home
Day 2 – Sunday
9.30AM depart for the village of L’Isle sur la Sorgue
On Sundays a lovely market and Brocante market
takes place here on the banks of the river Sorgue
Lunch at a local restaurant in L’isle
After lunch we visit one of the local wine merchants
to learn more on how wine is harvested and processed, followed
by a tasting of the goods
Return to the villa
7pm Dinner at a local restaurant
L’Isle sur la Sorgue
L’Isle sur la Sorgue is set on the banks of the river Sorgue and
is known as the ‘Venice’ of the Provence
The town is also known for its many Antique stores and colourful market which
runs through the streets and alongside the riverbank
Day 3 – Monday
Depart at 9.30AM for the city of Avignon
You may want to tour the Palace of the Pope and its adjoining Chapel, walk the
Pont d’Avignon, take the little train around town or just stroll the sights of this
lovely walled City on the banks of the Rhone River

Return to the Villa
7 PM Dinner at a local restaurant

Day 4 – Tuesday
9.30AM depart for the spectacular village of Gordes
and its Tuesday market
Lunch in Joucas, (included in the tour) a neighboring village,
enjoying the most amazing views
Return to the Villa for an afternoon of leisure
Relax at the pool or stroll into your village for an ice cream or some retail therapy
Dinner at your own leisure tonight

Day 5 – Wednesday
Depart at 8.30AM to visit St Remy de Provence
This gorgeous town has so much atmosphere
In the afternoon we visit the Carriere de Lumieres where a fantastic light and
sound show will take your breath away!
Dinner this evening is at a very special place!

Day 6 – Thursday
Breakfast at any time as this is a morning of leisure
Laze around the pool, walk into the village……
You decide, the morning is all yours
Lunch at the Villa at your own leisure
This afternoon we will make our way to the villages of Bonnieux,
the former summer home of the Popes and its church dating back to
the 12th century, the village of La Coste, the former residence of
the Marquis de Sade and the village of Fontaine de Vaucluse,
where the river Sorgue comes thundering out of the rock face

Day 7 – Friday
9AM depart for the village of Lourmarin
See the sights and the market
If there are bookings for the Optional Cooking class* or the Truffle Hunt*,
they will take place this afternoon & evening

Day 8 – Saturday
Breakfast at 8.30AM
At 10AM it’s time to say Adieu to our gorgeous Villa and depart
for the villages of Ramatuelle and St. Tropez on the
Mediterranean coast
Arrive in Ramatuelle, check-in at our hotel Les Bouis
and relax a little enjoying the pool and Mediterranean views

Day 9 – Sunday
Breakfast at the hotel
After breakfast we will go on our way
This entire day is set aside for you to explore
the unique village of St. Tropez at your leisure
Formerly a sleepy fishing village and a Pirates hide out,
now a haven for the rich and famous
However, none of the buildings have changed much in this
amazing village
Later in the afternoon we will meet up for an afternoon cruise
which will take us sailing past the luxurious homes of celebrities
such as Brigitte Bardot and Giorgio Armani
Dinner in the Port of St. Tropez whilst gazing
at the million-dollar (Euro) yachts and their owners

Day 10 – Monday
Breakfast and check-out of our hotel
At 8.30AM we depart for the House of Molinard in Grasse, one of the oldest
perfume factories in Grasse, for a tour and lesson with
Celine at L’atelier des Parfums
Here we will create our own signature perfume to take home
After our visit to the house of Molinard it will be the end of our tour
and sadly, it is time to say goodbye
We will arrange for your transfer to either Nice TGV station or to Nice airport,
where your expected arrival time will be around 2PM

Optional extra’s for this Tour is a 3-hour Cooking class where we will learn all
about French Cuisine and of course enjoy our creations afterwards,
or go on a Truffle Hunt, where we go on the hunt for this precious diamond
of the kitchen in the company of a very skilled dog and his master.

Suggestions
Flights and trains:
You are responsible for organizing your own air and train travel.
We recommend that you arrive in France a day or so prior to
the start of the tour so you can rest from your flight and to
allow for any possible flight delays. It is important that you arrive
at Avignon TGV station on the suggested time so as not to inconvenience your
fellow guests.
Since the tour ends in Nice, it is possible to fly home from Nice
instead of from Paris. Many airlines offer this option.

A comprehensive Travel insurance is a must to join the tour.
