• To qualify for the earlybird rate, payment must be received prior to or on the stated deadline date.
• Unless specific written arrangements have been made with the organisers, all bookings must be paid in full prior to the event.
• If a replacement delegate is to be sent in place of an original booking, the details of the new delegate must be submitted to the organisers at least one week prior to the event.
