Head Chef Full Time Contract
Ballina, Co Mayo
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Head Chef in our staff restaurant.
This role is for a Head Chef with minimum of 3 years previous experience of managing day to day
operations of a busy kitchen and delivering hospitality functions in the exciting corporate
environment.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in fine dining, excellent customer service
as well as influence colleagues to deliver high standards. Experience managing a small team is
required. Passion for food whilst focusing on modern food trends and innovation.
Main duties include:
the prompt provision and efficient creation of all meals, catering and hospitality requirements
at the specified time to the standard laid down by the company.
to ensure at all times that company and statutory regulations of hygiene and safety are
adhered to by all members of staff under your control.
to drive food service by introducing new initiatives and managing regular changes to service
offers.
to complete the company's stock ordering, stock control and kitchen management and
administration procedures.
Strong focus on Health & Safety, team building, financial awareness and a good knowledge of
current food trends.
Experience of managing a team in food production, presentation and service over different shifts.

Financial Controller/Accountant Position
The Rockall Investment Group
is based in Killybegs, Co. Donegal
A position has arisen for a Financial Controller/Accountant. The ideal person must be a self-
starter and totally motivated to working as part of a team in a diverse but exciting
environment.
This is a senior role working closely with the CEO, and other senior management. The
person will be responsible for the development of robust financial control and reporting
systems.
The person will take a leading role in the management of all aspects of profit centre
accounting and control, cost and operation analysis, administrative systems, procedure and
risk management.
The duties will include:
Timely production of annual budget, tracking performance with budgets.
Set up document procedures and routines.
Provide accurate and timely cash flow projections.
Manage the company's accounting, audit and day to day expenses.
Continuous development and improvement of budgeting and cash flow processes.
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Ensure financial policies are being adhered to as set in the company's financial
guidelines.
Ensure security of financial records and compliance with legislation.
Maintaining proper systems and controls.
Management debtors and cash flow management.
Manage the accounting function in the company.
Manage the financial targets and provide regular business updates and reviews to the
Board.
Drive business growth, improve profitability and ensure required compliance.
Essential skills set:
5 years financial experience
Good communication skills internal and external
Excellent financial analysis skills
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Natural presenter skills

The Role:
The Client Care Coordinator will manage our clients home care service requirements by
matching the most suitable CAREGiver for their needs.
You will be responsible for:
Working in a team coordinating CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis.
Meeting and familiarizing yourself with CAREGiving team to enhance the client and
CAREgiver matching process.
Developing excellent relationships with CAREGivers and clients.
Coordinating and maintaining a complete client service schedule using our in-house
system.
To be courteous, polite and respectful to all caregivers, clients and colleagues ensuring
that the highest of quality service is delivered at all times.
You will:
Have exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
