Dear Tiny Thinkers Families,

Happy February! This month we will celebrate Black History Month, Valentine’s Day,
and Presidents’ Day!

Information for the Graduating Class of 2023 (BB2)
We are couple of months away from seeing our BB2 students graduate & move on to
Kinder. We want to inform parents that most schools will start to have open
enrollment for Kinder soon! We would like to encourage parents to get information
about Kinder enrollment opening in your local area to start the process of your child’s
growing education.

Breakfast Time and Class Time Starts
We would like to remind you that breakfast time is between 8:30 am – 9:00 am. If you
wish for your child to have breakfast at school, please make sure that your child
arrives and is in class by no later than 8:50 am. We want to make sure that your child
is not rushed and has enough time to eat breakfast. We want to remind you that class
does start exactly at 9:00 am and breakfast can not be offered to your child at this
time. If your child will be arriving at 9:00 am or later, please make sure that your child
eats breakfast before arriving to school.

Weekly Items Needed at the beginning of the Week
Every Monday we need to bring the following items.
   • Water bottle with the appropriate spill proof sipping straw
   • Fitted crib sheet and blanket in the Tiny Thinkers school tote bag.
   • All children should have an extra pair of clean clothes stored in their cubbies.

Sing In and Out Books/Clipboards
Please remember that it’s required to sign your child in and out every day! It is part of
our school policy and very important for the safety of your child that is in our care. If
you are one of our CCRC families, please also sign in the appropriate page or where
needed.

Arrival Procedure
While arriving at the center be cautious about you and your child’s surroundings. Keep
an eye on your child as well as hold their hand while walking through the parking lot
and sidewalks. Let’s be safe!

Please arrive on time to the center the cut off time is 10:00 am we will unfortunately
not accept any late children after this time. Please make sure that your child is inside
the school by no later than 10:00 am we highly appreciate your cooperation on this
matter.

Ringing the Doorbell
Please when arriving to the center with your child(ren) we encourage you to ring the
doorbell once. Please be patient when ringing the doorbell, keep in mind that the
person getting the door is still supervising and is making sure children are safe before
coming to answer the door. If your child is ringing the doorbell, please have then ring it
once we wouldn’t want the doorbell to be treated as a toy.

Valentine Party
Love is in the air! So, let’s celebrate! Each class will celebrate Valentine’s Day with a
snack party. Please sign up to bring a special snack to your child’s class. The children
will also be exchanging valentine cards with each other so please bring them ready to
pass out to their friends.

Tiny Thinkers Preschool parents we would like to thank you all for taking a part and
participating in our annual Chinese New Year celebration. We would like to thank all
for the delicious foods and goodies that you provided for the children to be able to
make this a successful and wonderful celebration. Children really had lots of food, joy,
happiness, and a lot of smiles were put on and all that was made possible thanks to
you. Thank you once again for all the support during our celebrations.

School Closure
In observance of President’s Day, we will be closed on Monday, February 20th, 2023.

Please make a note! The school is unable to allow make up or substitute days for times that a child is absent. There will be NO refund given for days not
