STAY
HEALTHY
AT HOME
A lot of us are spending a lot more
time at home than usual, which
makes it important to keep our
bodies moving to avoid injury and
stay healthy.
We’ve put together an easy workout that
doesn’t require any special equipment. It
can be done anywhere, so why not give
it a try?
Complete each of these exercises
for one minute, and repeat for two
to three rounds.

     INTRODUCING THE
     WELLNESS LOCKER

     Broomstick mobility moves
You will need a stick (try a
     broomstick with the head
     removed).
     Hold each end with extended
     arms. Hold above your head
     and move forwards and
     backwards to exercise
     shoulders for one minute.
     Then hold the broomstick
     behind your back and rotate
your torso left and right to
     work obliques for one minute.
