We are accepting nominations for the Church Council position of
Building & Maintenance Team Leader. Term will end December 31,
2022. Nomination forms are available on the back table.
Thank you to all who provided baking or
purchased baking from our Virtual Bake Sale mission fundraiser! If
you ordered baking, you may pick it up today or contact Matt H. to
arrange delivery.
A few of the youth from our Girls Gospel Club are registering for
SERVE Plus ($50.00 registration/person). They would like to earn
some money doing odd jobs. Please contact Emmalina H. to arrange

Tim and Kallie H. (CBM missionaries in Bolivia):
“The months have slipped by as we continue to
adapt to life in an ongoing pandemic. While
pushing forward and remaining flexible has been
demanding, we are constantly encouraged and
inspired by the innovation of our Bolivian partners as they seek to
serve the most vulnerable through Christ-like love.
Education has suffered throughout the pandemic. Schools have
struggled to adjust, and classes have bounced between a hybrid of
online and in-person. “Online”, however, doesn’t entail an organized
platform but rather texting back and forth and the occasional zoom
meeting. For families with multiple children and one or no phone,
attending school has become a significant obstacle. Our children’s
projects have been able to creatively adapt to this new challenge.
Casa de la Amistad has accommodated its children and youth by
offering access to the internet, computers, and instructional help.
They’re also undertaking a used cellphone campaign by donation, as
means of ensuring that all are able to connect to their classes as
needed. Jireh has come up with equally inventive solutions.
Members of Jireh’s partner church have collected funds and
donations to equip a computer room. It has been encouraging to
watch people come together to support these families during a
stressful season.”

Women’s Centre will be sharing in our

Thursday to Saturday, the youth will bless
their hometowns through active service in
the name of Jesus. Each evening, they will
gather online for an interactive livestream
worship celebration. On Sunday, each group
will have the opportunity to bring their
SERVE + experience back to their local
church family.
