to improve as well as accommodating to the many adjustments the club is making to improve the golfing experience. We thank

would like to share.

NSRCC is once again
Audubon-Certified!
N SRCC has once again been recognised as a Certified Audubon
Cooperative Sanctuary! The Club is one of 904 golf courses that
are certified globally, and has held the designation since 2000.
To reach certification, a course must demonstrate that they are
maintaining a high degree of environmental quality in a number of areas
including: Environmental Planning, Wildlife & Habitat Management,
Outreach and Education, Chemical Use Reduction and Safety, Water
Conservation, and Water Quality Management. Recertification takes place
every three years.
As part of the process, a site visit was conducted by a representative of the National Parks Board, who
noted that the Club implements many measures and actively works with governmental agencies to
ensure that water quality is not compromised, and that sufficient green spaces to sustain wildlife is
retained. This contributes to the creation of naturalised areas on the golf course, which provide valuable
water, food and habitat for local and migratory wildlife in the area. Have you seen the various species of

The Club also engages in practices such as paying attention to weather patterns, targeted irrigation
heads, and routine irrigation system maintenance to use water more efficiently.

H eading to the pool as the weather gets warmer? As everyone tries to cool down, don’t be that person who heats people up.
Here are some pointers to make the pool a safe and enjoyable place for everyone!

1) Follow our lifeguards’ instruction at all times
