ParkRun

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5 kilometres timed events. They are held every
Saturday at 9am (08:45 arrival time) open to ages 4 and upwards, are free, and are
safe and easy to take part in. It is not a requirement for people to run, the 5 kilometres
can be walked.
