      • The package and which variation (if applicable, some packages have different hotel options and combinations)
      • Travel dates
      • Pax numbers
      • Title
      • First / last name
      • Address
      • Dates of birth
      • Mobile number & email for clients
      • Preferred bedding: twin / double / single / interconnecting if family travelling etc.
      • Any remarks / requests – i.e. do you want us to book flights, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, weights if doing heli flights.
      • All travellers 18+ must supply their COVID-19 vaccination certificate
             • To be eligible for the sale, we must receive the vaccination certificate at time of booking which can be downloaded from MyGov
             • Your consultant will walk you through the upload process
      • Documents will arrive approx. 2 weeks prior to travel.
