On Location Bridal Hair Services
Policies
Securing Appointment Date
Your wedding date(s) and service(s) will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been
received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be
guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.
Travel Fees and Gratuity
Please see the Travel Guide for our pricing and policies. Bridal packages include 18% gratuity on the total
of services performed. There is a minimum of 6 contracted services when traveling for on locaJon
services.
Deposit
All Bridal packages will be reserved and guaranteed with a $150.00 deposit. All deposits are due within 2
weeks of holding your date. Deposits for reservaJons canceled prior to 21 days of your scheduled
appointment(s) will be refunded in full. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellaJon occurs with less than 21
days noJce.
Payment
Remaining balance is due the day of service. Prices are subject to change as styling needs change or
services are added on site. We accept credit cards, however, cash or check is preferred on site.
Contract and Appointment Changes
All agreements will be made in wriJng. Wedding date and Jme, service date, Jme of arrival, esJmated
Jme of compleJon, name(s) of guest(s) to be styled and service descripJons will be scheduled. Any
changes/addiJons to guests or wedding party members requesJng addiJonal services aVer the contract
is signed must be submiWed 21 days prior to your contracted date. Charges for guest(s) requiring
addiJonal services must be paid in full on the day of the service. Day of add on services will be provided
(if Jme allows) following those who are contracted.
Cancellations
Any cancellaJon or change to your contract requires three weeks (21 days) noJce prior to the service
date. This includes any service listed on your original contract. CancellaJons not made with at least 21
days noJce will be responsible for paying 25% of the contracted service price.
Late Arrivals
If the wedding party is more than fiVeen minutes late, the party will be charged an addiJonal $15.00 late
fee for each guest serviced. Tardiness results in scheduling and service conflicts for you and other clients
following your appointment(s). If a wedding party is more than 30 minutes late, the assumpJon will be
that the client is a “no-show.” This will result in the client forfeiJng all deposits. We apologize for any
inconvenience but we must follow this policy out of respect for our stylists and other clients.Pricing Worksheet

On site services are available to any wedding venue. We travel near and far to bring you the best quality
hair and make up services. You will find an explanaJon of travel pricing and policies below. We ask that if
there are any quesJons on travel policies, you address them prior to signing your contract with your
deposit. Due to the fluctuaJon in prices of gas, unexpected weather, or addiJonal services needed, prices
are subject to change. All pricing changes will be sent to you via email or USPS mail no less than three
months prior to your wedding date.
Travel Fees Additional Fees
When traveling, if stylists call Jme is earlier than 7am,

prior to 7am.

*Travel LocaJons over 75 minutes from the salon
5 miles - 9 miles $50 requiring a call Jme earlier than 7am require a hotel stay
(prepaid by the bride) at your locaJon for the night prior
10 miles - 20 miles $100 to the day services are being performed.
**Travel locaJons 2 hours or more away from the salon
21 miles - 45 miles $150 require a hotel stay (prepaid by the bride) at your
locaJon for the night prior to the day services are being
45 miles + $200* performed.
Severe Weather Policies
We will make every effort possible to arrive at your venue safely and on Jme in the case that there is
severe weather happening in the area. If there is a storm coming, we ask that you get in touch with the
salon to see if an overnight stay the night prior is possible for stylists to ensure safe travel and arrival to
your desJnaJon. In the EXTREME chance we are unable to make it to your venue due to severe weather
or unforeseeable circumstances, 100% of your deposit will be returned to you.
I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this contract. I understand that any changes to
this pricing will be sent to me three months prior to my wedding date in writing by Harlow Hair &
Beauty. I agree to the above pricing and policies and accept responsibility for these charges for my
on site services.Bridesmaids Checklist
Have your hair colored and trimmed
We recommend having your color done and a trim about 2 weeks prior to the
wedding. Please do not get your hair colored the day before the wedding.
Have your brows properly groomed
Have your brows shaped 1 week prior to the wedding. Makeup will not adhere properly to
freshly waxed skin. Brows make a big impact on your overall look. We do not recommend
tweezing or threading as this may cause swelling and redness.
Spray Tan
If you’ve decided on a spray tan, we recommend being sprayed 2 days prior to the wedding.
This will allow you to shower two Jmes before your event. Make sure you are moisturizing
daily.
Have hair and makeup ideas for inspiration
Have photos saved to your camera roll when you sit down in the chair so they are easily
available. Please don't count on Wifi to get on Pinterest - it is not always reliable! Look for
pictures with similar hair texture, thickness, and color. Most formal styles pictured are wearing
extensions, please bring clip ins if this is a look you would like to achieve. We encourage you
to look for makeup photos of real people - all model photos are retouched and enhanced. We
want you to have realisJc expectaJons for your hair and makeup. Changes to hair and
makeup while in the chair aVer iniJal work has begun will result in addiJonal charges. Please
be set on what you want before silng with your stylist.
Arrive on time… or early!
Everyone must arrive and be ready to receive services at the contracted start Jme. Your
stylists will try to arrive 10 minutes early to set everything up, so that you can begin promptly
at the designated Jme.
Arrive with a clean face and dry hair
When you arrive, your face and hair must be clean and dry. The saying that “dirty hair is beWer
for updos” is a myth. We use amazing products that will ensure that your hairstyle will last into
the evening. We recommend washing and blow drying your hair the night before. Do not use a
flat iron or curling iron on your hair, just blow dry. Be sure to wash your face, removing all
remnants of makeup and moisturize in the morning.
Bring your own lipstick/gloss/mascara for touchups
We will provide you lip color samples to use throughout the night but some people like their
own color! Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot sample mascara.You can also read
