Road reconstruction works affecting library parking
Campbell Street and Pye Street in Swan Hill are set
to get a major upgrade with works to reconstruct part
of the road commencing in March.
Funded through the Federal Governments Roads to
Recovery Program the upgrades will include replacing
existing kerb and channel, road pavement and
drainage along with reconstruction of the roundabout
on the corner of Campbell Street and Pye Street, to
prevent future flooding in the area.

Campbell Street between Nyah Road and Prichard Street and Pye Street between Beveridge Street
and Curlewis Street will be closed at varies times during the fourteen week program.
Important: During this time, please use Curlewis Street to access parking at the rear of the
library or park along Curlewis Street. Library access will still be via the front door.
Swan Hill Rural City council apologises for any inconvenience and urges motorists to exercise
caution when driving in the area. For more information on the upgrades, contact Council’s
