• Student height and weight will be used to fit the cap and gown for each student.
• Payment and/or deposit by Cash, Money Order, Check and Credit Card accepted.
• The Ultimate Senior Package requires a $120.00 minimum deposit. Other package orders require a $60.00 minimum deposit.
• Graduation orders totaling less than $60.00 must be paid in full. Graduation orders totaling more than $300.00 require a $120.00 deposit
• Changes or cancellations must be made WITHIN 72 HOURS of placing your order. No returns or refunds after that time.
• Forms expire on the date listed at the top of the order form. After that date, prices and packages may change.
• Payment information will be distributed to every student at the time they place their order. (Payments can be made online, by mail or via phone)
• Class ring and letter jacket orders require an additional $60.00 per item ordered.
• Orders made after the initial order day(s) may be subject to a late fee.
• Online ordering will be available after in-school order day(s). Online pricing and product availability may differ from in-school order day(s).
