Proceed to Ferry Terminal Entrance at Hong Kong Airport. SKYPier Brings You One Step Closer. You can now connect to the ferry service through SKYPier, and travel onward to Macau (Maritime Ferry Terminal and Taipa) from the airport. *Present your luggage tags/ and pre‐booked ticket at SKYPier ticket office for your luggage transfer all the way through to Macao. Leaving Hong Kong via this ferry service, you need to hold a confirmed air ticket before boarding the ferry. Once you have landed, you can check in at the ferry terminal. Please make sure you would arrive at the airport at least 110 minutes before scheduled departure time. Ferry request will not be sent to supplier without the following information & will only go off on request 35 days prior to departure due to high amendment & cancellation fees, plus changing schedules. * Full name as per passport including any middle names. * Passport number. * Passport expiry date. * Date of birth. * Airline/flight number/flight date & time. * Nationalities of all passengers. * Requested time for ferries.
Macau Turbojet e‐tickets will be issued approximately 3 weeks prrior to service date and e‐mailed to travel agent. E‐ticket must be passed onto passengers otherwise they will be denied boarding. Cancellation policy Full charge will apply once DMC confirms the booking. Tickets are non‐ refundable, non‐endorsable and non‐transferable. If you have submitted wrong flight details, passport number, date of birth or need to make an amendment after the booking is confirmed, there will be an admin fee of HKD80.00 charged each time. However, if within a week of sailing date, amendments are not allowed. If flights are delayed clients will be put on the next ferry with no extra charge, however if delay is the clients own fault or they miss the last ferry of the day and have to go the following day, they will need to purchase a ticket at their own expense.
