WHAT’S NEW FOR 2021/2022

 The Paddock to Palate Wagyu Challenge will now move to a 400 day competition. This will
  mean an earlier delivery with 21 days in the starter pens.

 With the longer feed days, weight gain points will also change to 1 point per 16kg gained
  (1 point per 12kg gain in 2020/2021).

 Animals will be disqualified from the weight gain component of the competition for overweight
  entries.

 Walkthroughs will once again be available at approximately the halfway point of the
  competition. We thank Smithfield Cattle Company for hosting this each year.

Carcass Competition:

1.   All carcasses will be consigned to JBS Australia on an
