Student Wellness

Wellness Center

The Paly Wellness Center
- Located in the Tower Building, the Wellness Center provides a safe
environment where students can go to discuss a variety of issues from
depression, grief, self-esteem, family life and stress to dating violence, sexual
identity and health needs.
- The center is a technology free space where students can come if they need
to take a break and engage in relaxation strategies. We provide tea and
snacks for students as well as coloring books, mindfulness activities, and more.
-Students can participate in a variety of services including mental health,
counseling, nursing services, youth development opportunities, referrals to
community agencies and more.
- The Wellness team does student outreach throughout the year and
provides education to students, parents, and staff on a number of
Wellness topics.
- Wellness services provided to youth are free and CONFIDENTIAL!
