OUR CORE VALUES
KINDNESS in HEART COURAGE to STAND
       • We are gracious in our • We do the right thing.
actions. • We dare to try.
       • We show care and • We finish the race
         concern for others. strong.
       • We love our community
         and environment.

SINCERITY of MIGHT DILIGENCE of HAND
       • We speak the truth. • We seek to learn.
       • We show consideration • We plan and act on
to others. what we set out to do.
       • We learn from our • We work hard and excel
         mistakes. in what we do.
SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
Roots to Anchor, Wings to Fly
We believe that every student
deserves a chance to learn and grow,
well and strong, in both their studies
and in character. We want our students
to have strong roots in their values, for
their families and the larger
community. It is the strong roots that
would enable them to weather the
storms of life; present and future.
SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
Roots to Anchor, Wings to Fly
We also aspire for the students to have wings to fly, beyond
their current circumstance and mindsets about themselves.
We want the students go beyond the limits and boundaries
they have set in their minds for and about themselves.
We believe that the school would have succeeded, if we are
able to develop our students to surpass us in all that we are,
and do. We believe that if we put care in our thoughts, deeds
and work as a school community, the labour in every
endeavour will not be in vain.

PREPARING STUDENTS FOR THE FUTURE

Our students have done well in school.

       With the
       changing landscape,
       how can we better
       prepare them for life?
PREPARING STUDENTS FOR THE FUTURE
On average, by 2020, more than a third of the desired core skill sets of most
occupations will comprise skills that are not yet considered crucial to the jobs
  of today.

PREPARING STUDENTS FOR THE FUTURE
Changes in tandem with
our nation’s economic
development
PREPARING STUDENTS FOR THE FUTURE
 Our students have strong fundamentals.
We have seen steady improvements in literacy
and numeracy over the past 15 years.

They have good teamwork and problem-solving
 skills.

However, they also have relatively high test
anxiety and overly high achievement motivation
 which can become counterproductive.
