The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) and its
wholly-owned subsidiary The Woodlands Development
Company, recently announced that Pier 1 Imports® has signed
an 11,000-square-foot lease in the 66-acre mixed-use
development of Hughes Landing® (rendering pictured) on Lake
Woodlands.The first location for Pier 1 Imports in The
Woodlands®, the new store will be located across from Whole
Foods Market® in the same center.

Hughes Landing is a dynamic environment within The
Woodlands that will feature multiple office buildings; shopping, dining and entertainment; Whole Foods Markets; a
hotel for business and leisure travelers; fitness centers within various office buildings; and up to 800 upscale multi-
family residences.

“We are excited that Pier 1 Imports has signed up as the first national retailer for Hughes Landing,” said Paul Layne,

Pier 1 Imports’ merchandise assortment ranges from home accessories such as candles, vases and picture frames
to full-sized, upholstered furniture, hand-carved armoires, large-scale vases and eclectic wall décor.

New Tenants in Two Hughes Landing
The Woodlands Development Company, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation®, completed
construction of Two Hughes Landing (pictured) in May 2014, a
197,000-square-foot Class A office building. Two Hughes
Landing is the second of multiple office buildings planned for
Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands, a 66-acre mixed-use
development. American Financial & Automotive Services and
Stone Energy Corporation are major tenants.

Kiewit Energy Group, Inc. Expands Lease at 3831 Technology
Forest
Kiewit Energy Group Inc. has expanded its new lease to a total
of approximately 95,078 square feet in a new four-story building
(rendering pictured) that The Woodlands Development
Company is constructing on a 5.74-acre site, located at 3831
Technology Forest Drive. Construction of the building is
underway, with a completion date scheduled for the end of 2014.

Nestlé Toll House Opens Café at 25 Waterway Square

        As an area bustling with activity because of all the shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and

The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) and its

Company, today announced that Nestlé Toll House Café by
Chip has signed a 1,150-square-foot lease at 25 Waterway
Square in The Woodlands® Waterway Square (pictured).
Construction on the café began in August and is expected to be
complete in September. Once open, the location will serve an
assortment of cookies, smoothies, crepes, sandwiches, coffees
and ice creams.

Waterway Square is an ideal location for Nestlé Toll House Café

This will be the first location for Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip in The Woodlands. Consequently, management plans
to get involved in the community by supporting local schools.

Scott Deischl, Owner of the shop. “As a way of giving back to our community and The Woodlands schools, we will
donate a percentage of every pre-cut cookie cake delivered to the school for the child’s birthday celebration.”

The Woodlands Development Company, a wholly-owned

Creekside Village Green, the centerpiece for Creekside Park
Village Center. Creekside Village Green will encompass a
scenic tree-lined park with water feature, pergolas, and a 4,500-
square-foot restaurant, along with two 40,000-square-foot split
level retail/office buildings. Signed tenants at Creekside Village
Green include Creekside Village Dry Cleaners, Crust Pizza
