STRINGYBARK PLACE is located on Toral Drive, Buderim, off Stringybark Road.
Stringybark Road is one of the thoroughfares that connects Buderim and Sippy Downs.
Buderim is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most exclusive suburbs. National data from
realestate.com.au has revealed that Buderim is the most frequently searched area not just
in Queensland, but nationally.

          one of Brisbane’s most reputable design firms.
          Townhouses are all three-bedroom, two-bathroom, plus powder room dwellings with

The Sunshine Coast Airport is located 10 minutes from Maroochydore and is 20 minutes
from STRINGYBARK PLACE along the Sunshine Motorway. The Sunshine Coast Airport
operates domestic flights scheduled daily from all over Australia, plus international
departures to and from New Zealand.

The Sunshine Coast Airport is currently in the middle of preparing an Environmental
Impact Study through its Master Planning Scheme to firm up its Expansion Project for
the airport. Once the proposed expansion of the airport is completed it will assist in

The airport Expansion Project, which the Maroochydore Council hopes to bring to fruition
within the next 5 years, will provide a diverse range of benefits to the local community
