Hotel's facilities include large pools, a Water park with Splash Zone, buffet restaurant, specialty restaurants, bars, fitness room

ROOMS
Rooms provide everything needed for a homelike stay: large beds, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, telephone, desk,
minibar, furnished balcony or terrace, hairdryer, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower...
FACILITIES & SERVICES
The hotel offers an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, a themed pool with slides, a kid's splash pool and an indoor heated pool with
jacuzzi. On top of that, the resort includes a spectacular Water park (1,200 m2) and a Splash Zone (500 m2) for kids.
• Water park: 1 open slide with two loops (9.5m high and 76m long), a three-lane water slide (9.5m high and 27m long) and 1
bowl water slide (44m long), which ends in a separate pool.
• Splash Zone: fountains and a brigde, a 5.60 metres high open slide (32m long), a two-lane slide (2.80m high and 8m long), a
4.2 metres high open slide (30m long) and two 1.40 metres high slides (6.40m and 3m long).
In addition to pools, Playacartaya facilities include fitness room, TV room, giant chess, mini-golf, boules, archery and
playground. Services at an extra charge, like garage, souvenir shop, hairdresser's and room service, are also available.
ENTERTAINMENT
At its holiday hotels, Senator Hotels & Resorts offers a comprehensive entertainment programme for guests of all ages. The little
ones will enjoy themselves in the Delfi Club, which includes the Mini Club (3-6 years) and the Junior Club (7-10 years). They
will take part in sporting activities, pool games, craft making, civic activities, creative cooking workshops, eco workshops,
theme parties, breakfasts and dinners with our mascot called Delfi, night shows, and many more activities.
Teenagers will also have fun in the Teen Club (11-14 years) and the Ado Club (15-17 years), where they can engage in water
sports, social action activities, pool games, parties... Finally, there's our Maxi Club for adults with sporting activities (aerobic,
yoga, archery, water polo, aquafitness...), food tastings, creative workshops, theme parties and spectacular night shows.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
Food plays an important role here at Playacartaya. The hotel offers two buffet restaurants ("Las Marismas" & "Río Piedras"),
one à la carte restaurant (open for dinner service) and one Beach Club. There are also a pool bar, a theatre bar ("La Flecha") and
a pub ("Al-Ándalus").

Guests will enjoy a moment of total relaxation at Senzia Playacartaya Spa & Wellness. It features a hydrotherapy circuit with
vitality pools, saunas, jacuzzis, Turkish bath, ice cave, pool with citrus fruits, pebble pool... As well as health & beauty

Destination information
Cartaya is well-known for its white sandy beaches, which are set within a nature reserve —surrounded by pine trees and
marshes. Also worth mentioning is La Flecha, a sand strip formed by the accumulation of sediments from Río Piedras river. This
accumulation has formed an unspoiled beach like no other in the Andalusian coast. The city has three urban areas: Cartaya, El
Rompido and Nuevo Portil. El Rompido is a fishing village which has become a real gem for tourists due to the quality and
beauty of the beaches. Nuevo Portil, on the other hand, gives visitors the chance to discover nature and enjoy active holidays
(water sports, golf...).
