    1. Introduction

Plymouth Argyle Football Club are inviting proposals for the provision of the external food concessions
for the 2020/21 season at Home Park. Plymouth Argyle will not allow the awarded contract to be sold on
to a third party as this will be in contravention of the agreement.

    2. Business Potential

EFL action returns to Plymouth Argyle in October 2020, with the Club competing in or Sky Bet League
one. The season will run from September until May 2020.

For the 2019/20 season, Plymouth Argyle attracted an average attendance of 10,000 for Sky Bet
League Two football matches, and also hosted four Cup fixtures (in the Checkatrade Trophy, Emirates FA
Cup & Carabao Cup).

We have 5,000 season ticket holders and we expect to accommodate as many of these as possible in
the stadium from the 1st of October, under Government guidelines. We anticipate this to incrementally
increase throughout the season to reach our average league attendance from last season.

There are five positions available in the Mayflower Grandstand Fan Zone, which will cater for supporters,
and will be the only concession provision for the lower Mayflower.

There are three positions in front of the corner of the Devonport End/Lyndhurst Road End which has circa
4,200 or 10,000 supporters

Trading times will be between 1100 and 1800 for fixtures falling on a Saturday, and 1600 and 2300 for
those falling midweek.

Home Park will also operate a number of Music Events. Successful applicants will be given “first refusal”
to operate key locations at these events, subject to T&C’s.

    3. Catering Required

There are seven currently allocated catering positions as per attached plan (ref: Home Park Catering Site
Plan) which should accommodate one catering unit, all situated on hard standing. Concessions should
take into consideration the varied range of attendees at the events when looking at the variety of
concessions provided.

Consideration will be given to the variety of concessions offered as well as healthy options and other
opportunities you may propose to enhance the match-day experience for supporters, in line with
Plymouth Argyle’s Vision & Values – which can be viewed online at
www.pafc.co.uk/siteassets/pdfs/vision-and-values.pdf.

Plymouth Argyle Football Club encourages healthy eating, the use of local produce and sustainability.

Each catering unit will be required to provide a table and seated area, for up to 20 people, and bins for the
trading area

The proposal will be evaluated on:

This catering tender is for the provision of Food, Soft Drink & Ice Cream and one Licenced Bar.

This catering tender is strictly for the provision of catering in the external spaces of Home Park, with
Plymouth Argyle continuing to manage the outlets within the stadium. Visitors to the stadium are not
permitted to vacate the stadium upon entry until the conclusion of the event, with exit gates from the
stadium opening approximately 10 minutes before the end of each fixture.

    4. Special Conditions – Food Vendors

This tender may not be resold or traded on to another company nor the licence transferred. This licence
is between Plymouth Argyle and the successful bidders and failure to abide with this will result in
termination of the agreement.

Concession outlets are to be on site by no later than 1100 for Saturday fixtures, and 1600 for evening
matches. All vehicles and trailers not essential to delivery of the product must be off site by this time,
with concessions vacating the site by 2000 on Saturday fixtures, and midnight on midweek evening
games.

Position of the concessions will be at the discretion of PAFC and may be changed.

All soft drinks must be plastic bottle and not cans.

Each concession pitch is based on a 22’x10’ area with one support vehicle allowed, any unit bigger than
this must be identified within this submission and agreed prior to awarding the contract.

Please advise Plymouth Argyle of your power requirements in advance if you require power to be supplied
by the Club (a charge will apply). Please ensure all electrical items are PAT tested with certificates
available at each event. As much as possible electrical items should be kept out of public reach.

There will be waste provision on site but vendors will be responsible for the safe disposal of grey water.

Food vendors must adhere to statutory food safety regulations and register as a food business with the
local authority and be registered as a food business with the local authority.

    5. Pricing

Please supply a sample of the pricing of the products for the event.

    6. Weather Conditions

Applicants should take account of possible weather conditions when formulating their fee bid, as
Plymouth Argyle will not consider a refund on account of adverse weather conditions.
