Booster Club
• $75 of each package will go back to General Boosters. These funds will continue to provide:
     • Overall framework for each booster club
     • Annual Field Maintenance
     • Tax‐exempt status for the non‐profit
     • Corporate registration tax accounting
     • Insurance
     • IRS accountability

  fee again.
• There are not “levels” of booster membership this year. Instead, you will pick your booster membership based on
the sport of your athlete. Each package has a different amount based on the needs of the individual sport (coaches
and team booster boards determined these amounts).
• There will NOT be booster cards allowing entry into the home athletic events this year due to the need to track the
number of entrants. You will be required to pay for your tickets for ALL games through Go Fan based on the athletic
department parameters. You do NOT have to be a booster member to purchase tickets.
• 75% of your booster membership fees are tax deductible. When you sign up, you will receive the tax ID # on your
  receipt
• Sign up and pay online on the PVHS Booster Club Registration Page. No checks will be taken this year.

Transportation
• We have school buses scheduled for transport to away games. But, due to
COVID protocols, we are considering using Parent Transportation so that
we can minimize the number of kids impacted if a player tests positive.
• Players CANNOT drive themselves to games.
• We need parent volunteers to be approved as Parent Drivers.
   • Parents must complete paperwork and submit to school to be approved to drive
     players.
   • Paperwork will be emailed after the meeting and is available in the Forms section of
     the website.
• Parent provided transportation will be coordinated by a volunteer and
  players assigned to a vehicle.
