Jury Process Guidelines:
1. The Nominations will be verified by the organizers for technical Completeness and Adherence to the regulations.
2. The panel would rate the Innovation based on thier expertise and every nomination will be rated by a minimum of 5 experts.
3. The top 30 innovations would be selected for jury interview and presentation
4. The Jury would select top 20 Innovations based on thier review.
5. The winners would present thier innovations at the Technoviti Awards & Conference 2021.

GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS
Who can participate? Technoviti 2020 winners
Any Information Technology Company in the Public, Private or Joint sector,
operating in India or abroad and registered and regulated by a competent Bahwan Cybertek
authority. Only IT products and solutions that are commercially available will be

Some of technology companies that have sent nominations in the past have expressed a concern that if they do not win an award, then
their investment is wasted. To help overcome such concerns, Banking Frontiers has come up with a scheme to help such companies
maximize the value of their investment for Technoviti nominations.
1. Send in ONE nomination for Technoviti 2021, and if your company does not win any Technoviti Award, then you can redeem 70% of
your investment by taking any one of Advertisement / Advertorial / CEO interview / Newsletter in Banking Frontiers magazine. This
must be consumed by March 2021 edition.
2. Send in TWO nomination for Technoviti 2021, and if your company does not win any Technoviti Award, then you can redeem 80% of
your investment by taking any two of Advertisement / Advertorial / CEO interview / Newsletter in Banking Frontiers magazine. This
must be consumed by May 2021 edition.
3. Send in THREE OR MORE nomination for Technoviti 2021, and if your company does not win any Technoviti Award, then you can

R U L E S & R E G U L AT I O N S
(i) All nominations must be submitted in the required format by email to technoviti@bankingfrontiers.com
(ii) Supporting material can be attached in the same mail with the file name ‘Additional Info – name of the Innovation’
(iii) A separate nomination must be filed for each Innovation.
(iv) Nominations must be filed as per the guidelines mentioned above and the submissions should be brief
yet bringing out the relevance of the Innovation and its benefits to customers and other stakeholders.
Applicants may submit links to websites or videos for further explanation.
(v) The verdict of the jury will be final. In case of a tie, the chairperson of the jury will have a casting vote.
(vi) The last date for receipt of the nominations is 5th February, 2021.
(vii) Banking Frontiers will confirm receipt of nomination to the nominators by email.
(viii) The official language for the entire program will be English. Simple and clear language will help proper
evaluation by the Jury members.
(ix) Physical supporting materials such as brochures, forms, CDs, etc may be couriered or hand delivered to

• The nominations will be treated as confidential and will be accessed by the jury for review and assessment.
The jury may at its discretion call for additional information, if it feels necessary and the nominators shall
provide the called for information.
• While maintaining the confidentiality of all nominations, Banking Frontiers reserves the right to publish
excerpts, reviews or reports of any or all the nominations in the Magazine or in a Compendium for distribution
at the Awards function or before or later. Banking Frontiers also reserves the right to organize discussions/
deliberations on nominations received at Conferences before or after the Awards function.
• The evaluation will be carried out by the Jury and the winners will be determined after the evaluation.
Awards will be presented to the winners. Apart from this, the winning nominations will be circulated among
all the nominators and a peer review will be conducted and Top 3 nominations will be identified on the
basis of this peer review and honored specially at the awards function. Banking Frontiers reserves the right
to circulate the entries in PDF/PPT formats in any manner for peer voting. The identity of the concerned
nominator will not be hidden as far as possible.
• Banking Frontiers will take utmost care to safeguard all data, but does not guarantee leaks due to accidental,
willful or malicious actions by any of the people involved in the process, within or outside.
