You can use the information in these pages to work out the cost of your
wedding at Forrester Park. Alternatively, let us know what you have
in mind and we will be happy to send you a personalised quote.
YOUR PREFERRED FORMAT
Decide on the format you would prefer. You may wish to opt for an
‘All-Day’ wedding, with an early afternoon ceremony and wedding banquet
followed by evening celebrations, usually with extra guests, during which a
buffet is served. Alternatively, a ‘Twilight’ ceremony takes place later in the
afternoon and leads straight into the evening food and celebrations.
We have given Sample Timelines for each to help you decide.
NUMBER OF GUESTS & PACKAGES
Once you know approximate numbers of guests for the daytime and
evening you can look at our Sample Food & Drink Packages which give
the price per person for some popular combinations. Prices include
the food and drink stated on each package.
CREATE YOUR OWN BESPOKE DAY
If none of the packages are quite what you want this is not a problem, have
a look at our Create Your Bespoke Wedding pages to build your own day.
Alternatively, just get in touch and we will be happy to give you a quote based
on your own preferred format. We don’t ask for a minimum number or spend.
DRINKS & BAR
We have an extensive wine list and our fully-staffed bar offers a range of

FINISHING TOUCHES
Our Finishing Touches pages give prices for additional extras which can be
added to any of the packages or incorporated in your tailor-made day.
YOUR PREFERRED DATE
Once you have an idea of your preferred date, check our Use of the Venue
pages which give the cost of hiring the venue by day of the week and season.
The prices are different depending on whether you choose an ‘All-Day’ or a
‘Twilight’ format. Details of what is included are given for each format.

We have found that the timings below work well. They give you plenty of time for you and
your guests to enjoy each part of your day while ensuring that everything runs smoothly
with no delays. However, if you would prefer another format just let us know.

PRICES INCLUDE
Exclusive use of your selected area for the wedding ceremony,
including a backup area for outdoor ceremonies in case of bad weather.
Please note that the registrar will charge a separate fee for their services.
Exclusive use of your selected area/s for the rest of your celebrations
(note that the Clubroom is available exclusively after 7.30pm only).

Forrester Park Weddings 2021BOOKING INFORMATION
When you are ready to book you will need to return the
Booking Form and sign the conditions of booking.
At time of booking we will also require a deposit of £500 to secure the date.
We will ask you for a further £1,000 to be paid nine months before the day of your wedding.
The balance of payment, final numbers and menu choices are due six weeks before the day.
If there are any other costs incurred after this time payment for these must be made on the day.
If you wish to spread the cost we are happy to accept payment by instalments.
Please note that all monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferrable
under any circumstances (please see our full terms and conditions).
We suggest that you take out your own wedding insurance for peace of mind.
You will need to contact the registrar direct to book the civil ceremony;
they will charge a fee for their services. Please let us have a copy of the
details of the date and time when you have received them.
If you wish to use your own suppliers we will need their contact details
and a copy of a valid certificate of liability insurance.
Any electrical equipment you or your suppliers bring in
will be required to have a valid PAT certificate.
Set-up and removal times must be agreed in advance and adhered to.
All food and drink consumed on the premises must be provided by Forrester Park
with the exception of the cake and specialist food suppliers approved by us.
If you wish to bring your own alcohol corkage fees are £10 per 75cl bottle for wine
and £20 per 75cl bottle for sparkling wine and champagne.
