Dear Applicant

Classroom Secrets is a fast-growing company that is creating an ever-expanding bank of resources aimed at the
Primary age group. Over the past four and a half years, we have grown from one member of staff to a team of
sixteen and now have over 1500 differentiated sets of resources on our website. Our company is based in Halifax,
West Yorkshire where we meet on a regular basis. We offer highly flexible working hours with some of the work
being able to be completed on evenings or weekends if you so wish.

We have a strong focus on differentiation and all our resources revolve around this. We have adapted our
resources to the New National Curriculum and make appropriate links to events throughout the academic year.
Over the past 6 months, we have grown significantly and become even more well-known within the education
community for outstanding, quality resources that children enjoy and teachers can trust will promote progress
and development in manageable, differentiated steps.

We pride ourselves on being a hardworking, dedicated and proactive team who feel passionately about helping
teachers reduce their workloads whilst ensuring children of all abilities in a class can access the same learning
objectives: from the top performers to children who have yet to reach their full potential. Our aim is to inject fun
back into the curriculum through innovative and jam-packed activities that are bursting with rich and exciting
content (ensuring relation to the national curriculum objectives).

If you can't already tell, we absolutely love our jobs!

What our customers say:

"You have a range of excellent resources and the differentiation is beyond compare to any other teacher resource
website."

"Huge range of resources. So many levels of differentiation (know of no other site that does as many as you
guys)!"

What our employees say:

"I have found the perfect job: I get to use my knowledge from my teaching career, I work with a fantastic group
of people and I can fit my work around my life. What's not to love?!”

"This is a job which allows me to work for lovely people from the comfort of my own home and it gives me the
flexibility of choosing when I complete my hours – perfect!”

“The staff within the company are friendly and supportive and I enjoy the challenge of taking the lead on projects
I am given. After 23 years in a primary school, I feel like I have been ‘liberated’ and have my life back. I enjoy
having the option to work flexible hours as this enables me to keep appointments, meet up with friends and
generally plan my life to suit me.”

“When a stay-at-home mum friend expressed concern that I’d be returning to work from maternity leave shortly,
I replied, ‘Don’t feel sorry for me! I love it!’”

“I look forward to uploading the resources that we have been working on as a team. It feels like a huge
accomplishment, especially when we receive positive feedback from the teachers themselves. Seeing the teachers
get excited about a new resource and tagging their colleagues is a great reward!”
