                                        I value how tikanga is woven through all aspects of Te Rito Maioha. The tikanga and te reo
                                        gave me a sense of belonging and made me feel comfortable sharing and learning. At one
                                        stage, students weren’t sure about their pepeha. The tutors worked through a process to
                                        make everyone feel comfortable with this part of their studies.
                                        The tutors were calm and supportive. If you were not active, you were contacted and offered
                                        support. The Zoom hui were short sharp and to the point. These can be organised with the
                                        tutor for one-on-one consultations along with emailing and the class forum.
