Reviews

This novel is my favourite book that I have read so far. It is all about the two
main characters Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong. They own a Detective Society.
They are on a cruise on the River Nile in Egypt. They are very excited to see
some ancient temples and a mummy or two. What they don’t realise is that
there is a murderer on the ship! Also on the cruise are a group of English
ladies and gentlemen who believe themselves to be the reincarnations of
Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs. When their leader is found stabbed to death in her
cabin, and her sleepwalking daughter awakes covered in blood, Daisy and
Hazel begin their most strenuous case yet. However danger is all around and
only one of the Detective Society members will come back alive. It is a very
exciting and gripping book. I really recommend it!

This is one of my favourite Robin Stevens books and so should check out her
new series. It's about this family in London who have just managed to solve
the mystery of how their cousin Salim disappeared. Now their family is in New
York to meet their cousin again and their Aunt Gloria who works at the
Guggenheim. But the most famous painting has been stolen and Aunt Gloria is
going to be arrested unless Salim and his two cousins Ted and Kat solve the
mystery. It is a great adventure and has so much suspense!

I highly recommend this novel because it is an excellent book and is really fun
to read. The Darkest Minds is set in the U.S.A in a post apocalyptic future where
95% of the children in the U.S.A die of a unexplainable disease and the 5% that
are left gain mysterious abilities.
This book is packed with adventure, action, loss and friendship. Join Ruby on
her journey to become the sign of hope while she is on the run and struggles to
control her powers that might be the key to her survival or her destruction. This
book is the first of a 4 part series and I would rate it a 5/5 stars.

Bad dad is from the author David Walliams. David Walliams is one of my
favourite authors in the whole world. A little bit more information about Bad
dad; he was a famous race car driver but unfortunately one day he got into an
accident and lost his leg. The dad has a son and they lived in a mansion but
now that his dad had lost his job he couldn’t pay the bills and had to move into
a tiny flat. It was coming up to his son's birthday and he got him a race car set
but how did he get the money you might ask? He works for this guy, Mr Big
but Mr Big is a bad guy to hang round with you see, he stole from every bank
and his dad was the getaway driver! The dad got caught and then they had to
go and save him from prison, then they stole from Mr Big.This book just
encouraged me to keep reading and reading. It got addictive!
