WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN
        ACCIDENT?
• All pupils will be looked after by a member of staff

• Halsbury Sport will be responsible for transfers to Hospitals if
  needed and will help in the process of informing parents should the
  situation demand it.

• All details will be recorded and EHIC CARDS produced to ensure
  cost of medical cover:
• Please ensure an up to date EHIC Card is provided by the end of
  the week: application if it is not up to date can be made online (3
  working days for it to come through)

POCKET MONEY:
• £50.00 – 70.00 is advisable
  unless you want them to buy
  lots of presents for you!
• Pocket money form envelopes
  will be given to you in advance
  upon request
• Pocket money will be issued
  every morning after breakfast
• Almost everything is paid for
  so extra money need not be
  too much.
• Bowling will be paid for by
  the pupils as this is an
  optional activity. This is
  approx. £7 PER PUPIL

CLOTHING:

  will provide 1 Football shirt
  for the pupils to wear for
  their matches
• Pupils must provide two
  pairs of socks and 1-2
  pairs of shorts if possible
  – SHORTS ARE ALSO
  PART OF THE TRAINING            One classy outfit for evening out!
  PACKAGE. Shin pads,             Spare Towels
  Astros and boots.
• Casual clothing – warm
  clothing (just in case!)
