The price of ABC Summer Camp 2018

The cost of the ABC Summer Camp 2019 is 2900 € (euros).

You must pay by transfer.

Different possibilities of payment are proposed.

The price is valid for the month of October 2018.

The price is used to pay :

    •   Registration fees
    •   ABC Summer Camp 2019 shirts, jerseys, shorts
    •   Airplane tickets Paris - New York - Paris Airbus A380 (Air France)
    •   Airport taxes
    •   Carrier overload
    •   Air France Service Fees
    •   Global Insurance Multirisk Assistance (Europe)
    •   Full board (meals / accommodation)
    •   Travels in USA
    •   Day in New York
    •   Day in Philadelphia
    •   Day at Dorney Park
    •   Tournament registration and referees’ fees

 Also plan a personal budget for spending money and 3 meals to be
 taken outside (New York / Philadelphia / Dorney Park) > about 50
 euros in total to exchange in US Dollars

 Attention, insurance Mondial Assistance can be subscribed only for
 campers living in Europe. For others, you must provide a document
 certifying the medical cares.

Possibilities to pay the ABC Summer Camp 2019

For the ABC Summer Camp 2019, we offer 2 possibilities to pay the camp
:

  • Possibility #1 : 2900 euros with the registration

  • Possibility #2 : 2900 euros in several times

ABC is a non-profit organization. We do not make any profits on the
organization of this basketball camp.

The conditions to participate in ABC Summer Camp 2019

1. Between 13 and 21 years old
2. Have a valid passport (valid until the end of 2019)
3. Have ESTA authorization (for countries benefiting from the visa
   waiver program) or have a visa to enter US territory
4. To have provided the form legibly and correctly filled with the payment
5. Have provided the following documents : Photocopy of the passport
   (photo page) / Photo ID / Medical Certificate of Competitive Basketball
   / ESTA authorization or VISA / Certificate of Insurance (for campers
   not living in Europe )

The following documents may be sent after registration:

   • Passport
   • ID photo
   • ESTA authorization or visa > the camper must have a copy of the
     ESTA or visa with him on the day of departure
   • Medical certificate of aptitude for competitive basketball
   • Certificate of insurance (for campers not living in Europe)

To make ESTA authorization

Do not forget to ask for your ESTA authorization to enter the United States.
Travel authorizations are valid for two years, and the recipient can travel to
the United States on several occasions during these two years without
having to apply for a new authorization.

■ I am informed that the pick-up will start and stop at Roissy Charles de
Gaulle airport (unless you change your information).

■ American Basket Camp is not responsible for any theft or loss of money
or equipment at ABC Summer Camp 2019.

■ The technical staff of the ABC Summer Camp 2019 is the master of
basketball choices.

■ I authorize American Basket Camp to use and distribute, for free and
non-exclusive, the image of my child (or my image for major campers) on
the various means of communication and advertising of American Basket
Camp.

■ I agree, on behalf of my minor child, (I agree on my behalf for the adults)
to respect the rules in force in the Universities and the laws of the States
visited as well as the rules of the CBA Summer Camp 2019.

Important Reminder # 1 : Each camper must have a personal envelope for
the meals taken during the three trips of the ABC group.

Important reminder # 2 : Once the ticket is issued, it is no longer possible
to cancel it. Its cancellation will generate costs to the load of the camper.
In case of injury or unforeseen family / professional, the insurance can bear
the costs of cancellation.

Registration is effective only after receipt of the registration form perfectly,
legibly and completely filled, accompanied by the requested documents
and payment according to the chosen possibility.

We will confirm the registration by email. You will receive before the
beginning of the camp (in June 2019) emails with the rules of life of the
camp, the program and the details of the contract with Mondial Assistance
for those concerned.
