Dear Sir / Madam,
We received the honor from World Archery Asia to organize the 2018Asia World Cup
Stage 2 (World Ranking Tournament) for the year2018 and it is our great pleasure to
invite your archery teams to participate in this tournament. This event will be organized
following the World Archery rules for 2012, in both divisions, Recurve and Compound.
Please find enclosed necessary documents of registration, organization and participation
for this event. Please return the completed forms to the OC before the deadlines:

Olympic round will be over 5 consecutive days.
RULES
World Archery outdoor target archery rules will apply.
TRANSPORTATION
We will be glad to meet you at Manila Airport (Terminal 1,2,3,4) and provide
transportation to hotel. (Airport - Hotel - Airport)
ENTRY FEES: Individual entry & team entry.

ACCOMMODATION
Each association should arrive in Manila on April 4 or 5, 2018 the prepared facilities will
be Century Park Hotel, 599 P. Ocampo Street, Malate, Manila, 1004 Metro
Manila.(Official Hotel – 4 star)-walking distance to the venue-
Accommodation located in town’s center together with 3 meals a day, at cost
Twin beds room US$ 100 per person/day
Single room rate is US$ 130 per person/day
All competitors are requested to stay in the official Hotel for our logistic purposes.
Important note on Hotel Accommodation:
Participants who book their accommodation in non-official hotel will have to pay double
entry fee and the LOC is not responsible to provide transportation from this Hotel to the
airport and vice versa (transport for these persons will be provided only from the official
hotel only). In addition, no information will be distributed to the non-official hotel.

PAYMENT
Please pay in US Dollars only. Please be noted that no other foreign currency or no credit
card and no travelling cheque will be accepted. All will pay on-site upon arrival to avoid
additional bank charges.
CLOSING DATE
Please confirm your entry as early as possible for our convenient preparation
before March 22, 2018. (Final Entry Form)
1. Preliminary & Final Registration with WAREOS
No entry forms will be available for registering to this event. All registration process has to
be done using the World Archery Online Registration System (WAREOS):
http://register.worldarchery.org
Member Associations who are not convenient to register online please directly
contact to LOC by email: rcsombriosecgen@gmail.com
A maximum number of 4 athletes per country (host country included) are allowed to
register into each category of the event. Preliminary entries have to be done using the
WAREOS, V2.
In order to use WAREOS, please login on http://www.archery.org/admin with your
Username and Password assigned by World Archery. After entering the WAREOS, please go
to "Online Registration" and register your archers for this event. A "WAREOS User Manual"
can be downloaded in PDF format (English) from the same website.
