        Distinct flavours harvested from the island’s beautiful waters and rich soil are the
      inspiration behind the 10th Anniversary of Bermuda Restaurant Weeks. Lobster and
    lionfish plus goat cheese and honey are the sea and farm-to-table highlights infusing
    Restaurant Weeks menus across the island, accentuated with a winter season bounty
            of locally grown produce. It’s the best time of year to dine out and eat up.

Tucker’s Farm
Goats Cheese Souffle
INGREDIENTS:
450ml milk
2 fresh bay leaves
80g butter
80g plain flour
125g Tuckers Farm goat’s cheese
50g finely grated parmesan                                 Lobster
