Hybrid A/B Schedule
• The A/B schedule provides students with a well-rounded school experience.
• Teachers will use APEX and/or USATest Prep for supplemental services
  on remote learning days.
• Electronic Textbooks can also be used.
• Counselors will provide social-emotional lessons to students every Friday.
• Students will receive virtual support from their teachers on remote learning
  days.

What does it all look like for WFLC?
• Our TEACHING Platform with be GOOGLE Classroom
    • Students will be able to email their teachers
    • WE are piloting Google Meet (we may be have to use MS TEAMS)
    • Google Voice will allow you to communicate via TEXT with your students. Teacher
       accounts will be set up using the school VM number assigned to you. You will have a VM
       number and a TEXT only number
    • Both APEX and USATestPrep Integrates with Google Classroom
• Hybrid Assignments will be done based on last names; A day for students A-K, B day for
  students L-Z. We may need to rearranged some students based on the courses they need.
  The requirement is for 50% of the class. – trying to work with siblings and same households.
• Students will be allowed to bring in their own mask
• All students will have electronic devices from their home districts.
• We are going to allow clear backpacks for all for all of our students.
• Classroom will not have more than 10 desk. Any none required

    • No coffee pots, chairs will be removed from work rooms, high use areas
      will be wiped down frequently

  is meeting with DHEC weekly.
