Mark LEE
Mark is a past and present activist in housing justice, seniors’ services, language access, and
LGBT2SQIA+ issues. As an Interpreter/Translator by profession and former Director of Yarrow

unhoused people.

Dennis PAGE
My number one goal as councillor will be to see mixed-income communities return to Richmond –
starting with the downtown core.
Families wanting to save for a home need affordable options in order to make their goals a reality.
Young professionals, college graduates, and those starting careers deserve places that can meet
their needs–providing options for shopping, socializing, and business opportunities.
Seniors and those on fixed incomes need to be close to the services and amenities they require.
The added benefit to having all these groups live together is that they provide a wide-range of
needs that creates an excellent opportunity for businesses of all types.
It is entirely possibly for this to be a reality – I grew up in Richmond, and this is the way it was.
I also believe Richmond should strive to rid itself of exploitive and criminal elements through strong
bylaws, enforcement, and police funding.
