be adopted, after being presented and considered during at least two Asso-
ciation meetings, by affirmative vote of the majority of the members present

                         ARTICLE XI – STANDING RULES

Standing rules for the operation of the club may be adopted by a majority
vote of the membership present so long as they are consistent with and not
contrary to the By-Laws herein.
