                               The subject site has been improved with three (3) industrial buildings and a fourth
                               ancillary building, all of which offer a predominantly rectangular footprint. The
                               industrial buildings have currently been configured to accommodate two (2)
                               industrial units each. One of the buildings has additionally been improved to
                               include office components on either side of the building.

                               Building 1, located along the northern property perimeter and facing Sapphire
                               Street, has been configured to accommodate two (2) tenants. Although similar in
                               basic design, which includes a warehouse component and identical office
                               component, the warehouses differ in size. The office components each includes
                               various offices, storerooms and filing rooms, as well as a kitchen and ablution
                               facility. The warehouses feature open floor plans throughout.

                               Buildings 2 and 3 are identical in size and similarly have been configured into three

                          8. The expiry dates and escalations included above are as per the seller supplied Tenancy Schedule and may differ slightly from some of the Lease Agreements, with some reductions in escalations after renewal, as well as some units renewed with the
