COVID-19
As we are all aware, things can change at a moments
notice. The following is provided for you as a guide as to
where we stand at time of publication.

All exhibitors will receive an update in the days prior to the
show, reminding them of requirements and advising of any
changes or updates.

Social Distancing guidelines must be followed at all time.

The RAS continues to work with NSW Health. Based on
current guidelines and conditions the following applies:

1) Upon entries closing, we will be in contact with you
to find out the details of who will be attending. The passes
which you will be issued will also act as your QR code and
are not transferable.

2) Huts / Lofts - only 2 people may share a loft in the
lower section with the top section being out of bounds.
Those 2 people must be from the same household.

3) Facemasks must be worn at all times in the
Marshalling area and the Show Ring. The exhibitor is
responsible for supplying enough facemasks for the entire
show and masks must be changed or washed regularly.
This includes those managing animals who may not be
going into the ring. If in this area at anytime, even when
judging is not taking place, face masks must be worn.

4) QR codes will also be displayed in the pavilion and
everyone is required to scan in every day. If you are not
sure if you have scanned in, just do it again. Better to be
safe than sorry.

5) No animal inspections will take place. It is the
exhibitors responsibility to ensure the correct animal is in
the ring and that the animal meets all the criteria set out
in the AAA Showing rules. There will be time for colour
checks prior to judging if required.

6) Anyone who develops any of the Covid symptoms,
including headache, sore throat, fatigue, shortness of
breath, aches & pains, loss of smell or taste, runny nose
chills, vomiting etc, must advise the Convenor and isolate
immediately. If you have any of these symptons prior to
arriving at the showground you must stay at home and not
attend the show unless a negative Covid test is received.

7) It is recommended that everyone have the
Covid-Safe app downloaded and running on your phone at
all times.

8) The pavilion will received regular cleaning from
cleaning marshals but anything of concern should be
reported to the Convenor as soon as possible.
