time Dj’s who have played at the biggest music festivals and hold residencies at the busiest

We have a variety of premade packages that are perfect for schools with under
300 students. Make sure to take note of the number of students each package is
recommended for, and to check with your venue for any extra costs they may have
in place for smoke isolation or cleaning of confetti. We can also create custom
packages to suit your budget, and offer to price beat our competitors by 10% for
same services offered upon viewing an official quote.

What is snapstand? Snapstand is an open air photobooth that is the perfect addition to your school ball!
We use professional DSLR cameras and studio lighting to create high quality pictures. You can choose to send photos direct
to social media, receive them in an online album, or take home a printed memory! We custom design a border for every
event and can water mark your logo or text about your event in each photo. All prices are exclusive of GST.

Various packages available from $7 - $12 + gst per person
We recommend allowing $10 + gst per person in your ticket price, but this number is
flexible depending on your budget, requirements, and number of students attending. We
have a range of pre designed packages to help suit your theme, venue space and other
factors, or we can create a custom design based on your requests that we can simply
scale up or down to suit your final ticket sales.
All of these packages include one of our DJs with complete audio & visual production. You
can choose to include some of our popular add ons of special effects, visuals and a wide
range of great stage production ideas to bring your event to life.

STAGE DESIGN EXAMPLE ONE
This was the stage setup for Glendowie College in 2019. This setup features our 4m half cicle truss system for a very unique
look on stage. This setup also featured confetti cannons, blinders and geyser smoke machines. This was a $10 + gst per
person setup for 520 students
OTHER STAGE DESIGNS
We have many other stage designs already made up, or we can create one for you from scratch with the input of the
School Ball Committee. To have a custom designed package simply contact us and one of our team will happily come
and visit you at School during your lunch break to discuss options with you!
STAGE DESIGN EXAMPLE TWO This was a huge custom design we did for Sacred Heart College at their Schools Event Centre. With custom rigging and loads of special effects! The possibilities are endless! STAGE DESIGN EXAMPLE THREE This was the Auckland Grammar Boys setup for 2018. It featured a triangle truss back drop with sharpie movers, dual diamond LED screens, stage wash movers the biggest sound system ever seen at Eden Park. This was a $8 + gst per person setup for 800 students. STAGE DESIGN EXAMPLE FOUR This was the St Kentigern School Ball setup for 2019 at the Queens Wharf, Shed 10. With The biggest LED screen & sound system any school ball in the country has ever seen, and a custom rigging design like never seen before showcasing 16 moving heads, srobes, blinders, cold spark fountains & co2. This was a $10 + gst per person package for 1000 students.
After Balls & Pre-Balls
We’ve been involved in hundreds of pre-balls & after balls over the years so don’t be afraid to ask us about
how we can get involved. We know how to throw an after party and will keep everyone partying until the

Jan did the most amazing setup we have ever had for our School ball at the viaduct events centre.
Everyone on the school ball committee are glad that we chose to place our trust in him and his
company, DJ4You. The projection setup, lighting show and the added dry ice machines he supplied
were amazing and really blended perfectly with our theme of Dark Forest.
Everyone flooded to the dance floor right from the beginning of the night, and this was by far the
best School Ball that I have attended in my last 3 years at St. Kents. Jan was incredibly easy to work
with! He came in to the school to meet with myself and the rest of the school committee before the
event. He immediately clicked onto our vision for the school ball, gave us advice, and made helpful
