ASSOCIAZIONE ITALIANA CALCIATORI [ITALIAN FOOTBALLERS ASSOCIATION] A.I.C. is an organization that protects and assists professional footballers of Serie A, B, Lega Pro and, since 2000, also amateur male and female players, including of futsal and beach soccer players. In 2017 AIC established the Women's Football Sector with the specific aim of pursuing the objectives identified for this area and to protect its female members. Since November 2020, the President is Umberto Calcagno who also holds the position of FIGC Vice-President. The vice-presidents are Davide Biondini for the professional sector, and, for the first time in the history of the Association, Sara Gama representing female football players and Giorgio Gaggioli for amateur soccer. The Amateur Department and the Women's Football Sector are active throughout the country, thanks to a network of collaborators, a futsal sector, a dedicated legal office and an operative office in Rome.
1 SOLIDARITY FUND FOR WOMEN PLAYERS PARTICIPATING IN SERIE A AND SERIE B PURPOSE To pay the athletes [registered with clubs taking part in the Serie A and B] the sums not received during the football season to which the economic agreement underlying the claim refers. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 1. To have a credit towards a club that has been excluded from the championship or has not continued its sporting activity or has not been admitted to the relevant championship in the sporting season following the one in which the credit accrues. 2. To be in possession of the economic agreement with the club, with proof of deposit to the competent offices of the Federation. APPLICATIONS In order to gain access to the Fund, it is necessary to submit a formal application to the headquarters of the Fund within three months of the date of the Offical Statement (called C.U.) revoking or forfeiting the affiliation or excluding or not admitting the defaulting club to the relevant league or the date of publication of the sentence condemning the club to pay. The application, signed personally by the person entitled, must contain declarations of not having received the sums claimed and the obligation not to accept the sums claimed from third parties within the limit of the amount that will be paid by the Fund. NB: the contributions paid to the beneficiaries may not, however, exceed the maximum limit available in the Fund's coffers.
2 HEALTH PROTOCOL WOMEN’S SERIE A CHAMPIONSHIP – SEASON 2021/22 FULFILMENTS PRE-SEASON (Initial Screening) Division of the TEAM GROUP into: 1. Vaccinated subjects; 2. Subjects recovered from Covid-19 within the previous six months; 3. Susceptible subjects (not vaccinated or vaccinated with a single dose). In reference to all the above categories, in order to take part to the sporting activity it is necessary to make 48 or 72 hours before the gathering: 1. Temperature measurement; 2. Molecular or antigenic immunofluorescence or chemiluminescence test. (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) Or rapid antigenic tests by lateral flow immunoassay, recognized by the health authority and performed by health professionals mandatory for all to be carried out, if possible, within 48 hours of the first meeting. Only for the susceptible category must be compulsorily repeated after 6/7 days; 3. A quantitative serological test is mandatory for all subjects at the time of the meeting. If an athlete tests positive to Covid-19 must be removed from the team and follow the procedures provided by the competent authorities. If the serological test is positive but the swab test is negative, the athlete must repeat the medical examination as specified below if he/she has not already made the post-healing examination, called RETURN TO PLAY. In case of recovery from Covid-19 infection, it is necessary to make a new examination for the issuance of the certificate of fitness for competitive sports, EVEN IF THE PREVIOUS CERTIFICATE HAS NOT EXPIRED YET. The new visit includes specific examinations based on the severity of the Covid-19 infection; the more serious the illness, the more in-depth examinations will be carried out. In the absence of these certificates, athletes can not take part in sporting activities. SUBSEQUENT CONTROLS Once the previous phase has been completed, the carrying out of AGONISTIC ACTIVITIES (competitions, events, friendly matches and training both outdoors and indoors) is allowed only to subjects with one of the green COVID-19 certificates (GREEN PASS). FRIENDLY GAMES OR EVENTS BETWEEN TEAMS OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES The applicable protocol will be the one of the higher category team. This protocol is temporary and linked to the current epidemiological situation. In case of changes in the regulatory framework or in the health context, the indications may be modified according to the decisions of the competent authorities. 4 «GREEN PASS» WHAT IT IS, WHAT IT IS FOR AND HOW TO GET IT WHAT IT IS It is a Certification available in digital and printable format, issued by the national platform of the Ministry of Health, with a QR Code to verify its authenticity and validity or a certification of recovery occurred within a period not exceeding 6 months. WHAT IT IS FOR The Green Pass is a pass which allows its holder to work and / or move in Italy and Europe, in compliance with the regulations for the prevention of contagion. HOW TO GET IT The Green Pass is not issued to the entire population indiscriminately. To obtain it you must meet the following requirements: 1. To have had the COVID-19 vaccination. In case of one administration of the two planned, the Green Pass can be requested but will be valid until the second dose. At that point, a second certificate will be issued. 2. Be negative for rapid molecular or antigenic testing within the last 48 hours. The test must be performed by an authorized center and recorded on the centralized platform. 3. Recovered from COVID-19 within the past six months. Again, must be certified. If you do not have any of these requirements, you cannot apply for Green Pass. 6 RELEASE NOIF - ART.107 For all amateur players who sign an annual economic agreement, in case of inclusion in the supplementary release lists (December 1-16), the release will be effective only if the inclusion in the lists has been agreed with the player herself, who must sign the appropriate list for acceptance. The aformentioned statement is also applied in the case of a multi-year economic agreement in force both in the period of release from 1 to 16 December and in the period of release at the end of the football season. NOTE A multi-year agreement is valid for the entire duration of the years provided for in the contract.
7 ECONOMIC CONTRACTS NOIF - ART. 94 QUINQUIES Players registered with clubs that play in the National Championships of Serie A and Serie B, pursuant to Art. 94 quinquies of the NOIF must sign the economic contracts exclusively on a form provided by the Federation. As of the 2021/2022 football season, in view of the transition to professionalism, with reference to the signing of multi-year agreements, it is compulsory to sign an additional private contract as per C.U. no. 5/A of 5 July 2021, available on the FIGC website: https://www.figc.it/media/142893/5-modello-tipo-scritture-private- serie-a-femminile.pdf FEATURES Benefits paid The Club undertakes to pay the reimbursement to the player. The player undertakes to perform the sporting service. Duration Contracts may be stipulated for a duration of more than one football season. Multi-year agreements may not exceed 3 football seasons. A multi-year agreement is linked to the duration of the “residence permit”. In case of expiry or non-renewal of the residence permit, even a multi-year contract loses its validity. Economic Limit Annual Economic Contract: max € 30,658 Multi-year economic contract (two or three sports seasons): no economic ceiling is envisaged for any of the sports seasons envisaged. Possibility of providing bonuses upon reaching agreed objectives. Filing obligation The contract must be deposited by the club, at the Divisione Calcio Femminile (Women's Football Division), together with the application for registration and, in any case, no later than 30 days from their signing. The club must inform the player of the deposit at the same time. If the club does not deposit the application within the deadline, the player may do so within 30 days of the last deadline. OPPORTUNITIES Release OFPROTECTION Release for arrears if a credit equal to at least 20% of the sum resulting from the deposited contract is established. Breach of contract In the event of non-compliance by the club, it will be necessary to refer the matter to the Commissione Accordi Economici per il Calcio Femminile (Economic Agreements Commission for Women's Football) by June 30 of the following football season.
8 PROHIBITION OF BETTING CODE OF SPORTS JUSTICE FIGC - ART. 24 The subjects of the federal system, managers, members and card-carrying members of the clubs belonging to the amateur sector and the youth sector are PROHIBITED FROM PLACING OR ACCEPTING BETS, directly or through a third party, from subjects not authorised to receive them, or to facilitate bets from others with acts that are unequivocally functional to the execution of the same, which have as their object the results relative to official matches organised by FIFA, UEFA and FIGC. The aforementioned persons are also prohibited from placing or accepting bets, either directly or through third parties, with parties authorised to receive them, regarding matches in competitions in which their teams play. SANCTIONS The violation of the aforementioned prohibition entails for the subjects of the federal order, for the managers, for the partners and for the MEMBERS of the clubs the sanction of inhibition or disqualification for not less than three years and a fine of not less than 25,000 euros.
