2021 PEPSI® - PLAYOFF PREDICTION SWEEPSTAKES (THE
“SWEEPSTAKES”)

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the
time of entry.
1. START/END DATES: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on January 7, 2021
and ends at 8:15 p.m. ET on January 9, 2021 or in case of delay, at the time of kickoff for the
2021 NFC Wild Card Game between the Bucs and WFT (“Sweepstakes Period”). All prizes will
be awarded.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Listed immediately below are the two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during
the Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be submitted by 8:15 p.m. ET on 1/9/2021 or in case of
delay, at the time of kickoff for the 2021 NFC Wild Card Game between the Bucs and WFT .
Data rates may apply if participating via a mobile device.
a. Social Media: Post a photo or video of a Pepsi product on one of the following social
media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) with your prediction of the final score of
the Tampa Bay Buccaneers v. Washington Football Team game on Saturday January 9,
2021 written on your Pepsi product underneath the Pepsi logo lockup, tag
@WashingtonNFL in your post, and use the hashtag #PepsiPredictionSweepstakes in
your post. You must have a Twitter account with a public profile to enter via Twitter.
All Twitter Entries must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules
available at www.twitter.com.
b. Mail-In Entry: On a 3” x 5” piece of paper, include your final score prediction for the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers v. Washington Football Team game, hand-print your name,
complete street address, email address, home phone number, cellular phone number
(area code included), date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped envelope to:
Washington Football Team, Attn: 2021 Pepsi Playoff Prediction Sweepstakes, 21300
Coach Gibbs Drive, Ashburn, VA 20147.
c. The following applies to all entries regardless of entry method: By submitting an entry,
entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of Sponsor and its appointed agents, which will be final and binding in all
matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, entrants are automatically
entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries that are late, incomplete, copied, misdirected,
mutilated, illegitimate, inaccurate, illegible, lost, damaged, or generated by automated
#189861-1means are void. All required information on the entry platform must be provided, or the
entry will be void. Please note that there is a limit of one (1) entry per individual,
household, street address, and/or e-mail address.
3. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, which you hereby
acknowledge is good and valuable consideration, you hereby grant Sponsor and each of their
respective affiliates and licensees permission and license to reproduce, distribute, prepare
derivative works of, copy, display publicly, and otherwise use the pictures, information, or other
content you submit as part of this Sweepstakes. As a further condition of entry into the
Sweepstakes, which you hereby acknowledge is good and valuable consideration, you hereby
grant Sponsor and each of their respective affiliates and licensees’ permission and license to use
each entrants’ name and/or likeness. You acknowledge that each of the foregoing permissions
and licenses shall be perpetual and irrevocable, and the rights granted shall include any use
(whether now known or hereinafter contemplated), via any and all media (whether now known
or hereinafter devised), worldwide, for any purpose (including without limitation advertising,
promotional, trade, or other purposes), without any further permission or additional
consideration required.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years or older at the time
of entry. Employees of and Pro-Football, Inc., (the “Sponsor”) WFI Stadium, Inc., WFI, Inc., WFI
Group, Inc., Washington Football Park, Inc., and Washington Football Charitable Foundation, Inc.
(collectively, the “Washington Football Team Entities”), PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its
bottlers, Pepsi Beverages Company (collectively the “Pepsi Entities”), and each of their respective
parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfillment,
judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and
execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively “Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), the NFL Entities
(defined below), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent,
and/or “step” of each) and those living in the same households as such employees are not eligible
to participate. This Sweepstakes is void in New York, Florida, outside the United States, and where
prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
PRIZE DETAILS: The Sweepstakes will have five (5) winners (each a “Winner” and collectively the
“Winners”). Each Winner will receive one of Prizes listed below (each a “Prize” and collectively
the “Prizes”):
a. Two (2) Winners will receive: One (1) 4K HDTV (ARV $600)
b. One (1) Winner will receive: A year of Pepsi (a 12 pack per week for a year – winner can
choose any Pepsi beverage product at equivalent cost). Prize will be awarded in the form
of fifty-two (52) coupons. (ARV $312)
c. Two (2) Winners will receive: One (1) Washington Football Team jersey (ARV $100)
The Winners agree that each Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty, representation, or
guarantee, either express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted,
relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality,
merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Winners may not substitute, assign, or
transfer a Prize or redeem a Prize for cash. Sponsor may substitute Prizes of equal or greater value
at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local
taxes, if any. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen Prize or any Prize that is
#189861-1undeliverable or does not reach the Winner for any reason, including, without limitation, because
of incorrect or changed contact information. No more than the stated Prizes will be awarded. All
Prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded. If a Winner cannot accept a Prize as stated then the
Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of
eligible entries received. Drawing will occur on or about January 15, 2021 (unless the game is
delayed then the drawing will take place within one week of the game).
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor will notify potential winners via text, email, direct message via
social media platform, or phone at the phone number or email address provided upon entry,
within one (1) day of the drawing. If a potential prize winner is notified by text, email, social media
direct message or phone, he/she will be required to respond within twenty-four (24) hours or the
Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for
suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving
the initial prize notification. Once a potential winner notification is confirmed to Sponsor, the
potential prize winner may be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be
signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Affidavit. In the event (i) the
attempted notification is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address; (ii) a telephone
or text message notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours; (iii) any
required documents are not returned within the required number of days; or (iv) if a Winner is
otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
winner.
7. RELEASES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release the NFL Entities, the
Washington Football Team Entities, and the Pepsi Entities from and against any and all liability,
claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property
which may be sustained in connection with submitting a play or otherwise participating in any
aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize awarded, or while
preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any
typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any Prize.
Each Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor
and Promotion Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the
appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize. Except where prohibited by law, each Winner
grants to Sponsor and the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now
known or hereinafter known, the Winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other
likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional
purposes as may be determined by Sponsor. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the
National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL
Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Players Association, NFL Players
Incorporated and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors,
agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL
Entities and the Pepsi Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in
connection with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities and the Pepsi Entities
have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
#189861-18. GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the
Commonwealth of Virginia without respect to conflict of law doctrines. The Winner is solely
responsible for any and all taxes and related expenses on the prize, and may receive an IRS Form
1099 for the ARV of the prize. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right
to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a Prize or any portion of a Prize becomes
unavailable. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any personal information
provided in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes will only be used by Sponsor to
notify a potential winner and/or fulfillment of a prize and shall be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy
Policy available at https://www.washingtonfootball.com/about-us/privacy-policy.
9. CONDUCT: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official
Rules and that the decisions of the Sponsor that shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure
to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at
its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the play process or the
operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation
of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be unsportsmanlike or
disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor’s failure
to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Headings
are solely for convenience and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent
of the documents or any provision hereof. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT
OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS
SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR
AND ITS AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND
OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSBILE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT WILL THE WASHINGTON FOOTBALL
TEAM ENTITIES, THE PEPSI ENTITIES, OR THE NFL ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S ACCESS TO, AND USE OF,
THE WEBSITES AND/OR THIS PROMOTION, OR ENTRANT’S DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR
PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMOTION.
10. DISPUTES: Any controversy, dispute or claim regarding the performance or interpretation of this
promotion shall be resolved by binding arbitration, at the request of either party, in accordance
with JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, with such arbitration to be conducted
in Loudoun County, Virginia. The parties hereby waive their right to a jury trial. Except where
prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that any and
all disputes that cannot be resolved between the entrant and any Released Party, claims and
causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the Prize awarded, or the
determination of the Winners must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class
action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted or
entitled to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or
consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s
actual out-pocket expenses (if any), not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and entrant
further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
