                     2021 INNSBROOK WEDDING GIVEAWAY

   NO PUCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND
          WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

I. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER; contest is open to legal
residents of any one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous continental United States or the
District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and
possessions and overseas U.S. military installations) who are eighteen (18) years old and
over. Employees and families of Innsbrook Corporation, its affiliates, participating sponsors,
and their affiliates are not eligible to win. One person within the winning couple will be
designated as the winner for the issuance of 2021 tax forms.

II. GENERAL PRIZE INFORMATION: One winning couple will be chosen with one person
designated as the “winner.” Prize-winning couple must present valid identification and proof
of age to claim prize. Under all circumstances, winner is subject to state, local, and federal
taxes where applicable, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the prize
acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the sole
discretion of the Sponsor and are subject to change without notice. The winner must
complete an IRS Form W-9 and submit to each sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to
withhold all prizes until it receives a completed IRS Form W-9 from the winner. The winner
will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize and may be subject to
backup withholding regulations.

If for any reason the winner is unable to utilize the prize on March 20, 2021, the prize will
be forfeited and a new winner will be named. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitute
prizes will be awarded under any circumstances. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed
for cash.

Prizes must be claimed within four (4) days of winner notification. The winning couple must
call 636-928-3366 ext. 9884 to claim the prize. In the event of any disagreement regarding
contestants, winners or qualification of winners, or adequacy or value of the prize, the
decision of Innsbrook Corporation shall remain final. All prizes will be awarded. Prize
winners must sign hold harmless and indemnity agreement, agreeing to hold Innsbrook
Corporation, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and
representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims of liability arising
directly or indirectly from the prize or contest. Void where prohibited.

III. RELEASE: By entering a contest on the Innsbrook Corporation website, each
participant in the contest, including all winners, acknowledge, authorize and give permission
to the Innsbrook Corporation, its agents, employees and corporate owners, their sponsors
and corporate sponsors, their successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable right to
use, for any purpose whatsoever and without compensation, any photographs, digital photo
files and graphics, videotapes, digital video, audiotapes, digital audio, or other recordings
that arise out of, either directly or incidentally, the wedding giveaway contest.

IV. CONTEST-SPEC IF IC RULES: The decision of Innsbrook Corporation with regard to
rules, specifications, qualifiers, winners, and prizes, is final.
a. Contestants log on to http://www.innsbrookweddings.com, beginning 2/17/20 through
3/31/20.

b. Contestants must complete the entire entry form; including the space to “’Tell their Love
Story’ to win the wedding of their dreams.”
c. A panel will narrow down the entries to 50 semi-finalist couples, from which 15 couples
will be selected and announced as finalists at a special event at Innsbrook Resort on May 3,
2020. The finalists will be posted online on 5/16/20. Online voting begins that day and will
continue through 5/31/2020. Only one vote per email address will be accepted. Votes given
will be considered as part of the selection process. Selecting the final winning couple from
the finalists will include number of votes earned from public internet voting and an
Innsbrook Corporation selection committee ranking. The couple winning the wedding
giveaway will be notified on or before 6/12/2020. Once the winner is announced online,
posts and a news release will follow.
d. Grand Prize winner will receive a total wedding package for a maximum of 150 guests
valued at up to $41,600 in services, including:

   •    A Wedding Giveaway prize package, to be held at Innsbrook Resort on March 20,
       2021. The Innsbrook Wedding Prize Package includes the ceremony venue rental and
       the reception facility rental including food and beverages for up to one hundred and
       fifty (150) guests, use of bridal and groom’s suite, and a post wedding brunch for up
       to 30 people at Innsbrook Resort provided by the Innsbrook Corporation (Valued up
       to $25,000);

   •   Accommodations at a rental property from Innsbrook Vacations for the couple, for
       two nights (March 19-20) (Value $800)

   •   Custom designed invitation suite provided by Serendipity Beyond Design. (Valued at
       $500)

   •   One gift certificate valued at $1000 towards a bridal gown. Bride to pay additional
       towards any attire over $1000. No cash back given on gowns less than $1,000. No
       cash value on returned gowns. Provided by Mia Grace Bridal. (Valued at $1,000)

   •   One $1,000 gift certificate towards the purchase of bridesmaid gowns/wear. Winning
       party assignee to pay additional towards any gowns over $1000. No cash back given
       on formal wear totaling less than $1,000. No cash value on returned items. Provided
       by Mia Grace Bridal. (Valued at $1,000)

   •   Ceremony sound, DJ entertainment for reception (up to 5 hours), Fisheye
       photobooth (up to 3 hours), uplighting and projected monogram, all provided by
       Applause Weddings. (Value of up to $3,500)

   •   Décor rental for ceremony or reception provided by Event Inspirations. (Valued at
       $500)

   •   Place settings for up to 150 guests at reception provided by Nadine & Mina. (Valued
       at $1,200)

   •   Bridal Hair & Makeup for the bride, provided by EYEDOSTL. (Valued at $200)

   •   Fireworks display provided by J&M Display. (Valued at $4,000)

•   Three-tier buttercream texture wedding cake up to 150 servings. Delivery included.
       One cake flavor and one filling of your choice. Provided by Made. by Lia (Valued at
       $800)

   •   Eight hour wedding day photography with two photographers, online gallery with
       print release, and engagement session by Jess and Jenn Photography (Valued at
       $3,500)

Note: Gratuity and taxes are not included with any prize element and are the responsibility
of the prize winner.

V. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: Potential winners must comply with all
terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements. The potential winners may be required to provide the Innsbrook Corporation
with documentation that shows he or she was an eligible participant. The potential winner
will be required to sign and return to The Innsbrook Corporation, within ten (10) days of the
date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and Hold-Harmless
Agreement (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize, if applicable. If a
potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return an affidavit of
eligibility and liability/publicity release and Hold-Harmless Agreement within the required
time period (if applicable), or the prize or prize notification is returned undeliverable,
potential winner forfeits prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

NOTE: Should the winning couple’s story or submission be determined to be untrue or false
in any way, that couple must be responsible for any and all real costs associated with grand
prize or another winner may be picked at the discretion of the Innsbrook Corporation staff.

NOTE: Should the winning couple be unable fulfill their duties as prize winner due to
cancellation of engagement, illness, death, or other interfering events, the couple will be
responsible for any and all real costs associated with the grand prize winnings already
awarded, and an alternate winner will be selected.

VI. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By entering, each participant agrees to: (a)
comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, The
Innsbrook Corporation and/or the Wedding Giveaway selection committee which are binding
and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the
Sponsors and each of their respective parents, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the
prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling,
administering, advertising or promoting the Wedding Giveaway and Promotion, and all of
their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and
liability, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion,
public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory),
defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark,
copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury
arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an
entry, participation in the Wedding Giveaway and Promotion, acceptance or use or misuse
of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity related thereto_ and/or the broadcast,
exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsors from
and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s

fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Wedding Giveaway
Sweepstakes and Promotion and/or entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of prize(s).

VII. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Use of any automated system (including but not limited to
to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for
lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be
disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder
of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The
“authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet
access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be
required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole
and exclusive property of the Innsbrook Corporation and will not be returned. Sponsor and
the Innsbrook Corporation, including any and all agents, employees, or related entity of the
same reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is
submitted as part of this Promotion. Sponsor and the Innsbrook Corporation reserve the
right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part thereof, if any fraud,
technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s or The Innsbrook Corporation’s
reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Wedding Giveaway, as
determined by the Innsbrook Corporation in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person
to undermine the legitimate operation of the Wedding Giveaway may be a violation of
criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, The Innsbrook Corporation
reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by
law. Sponsor’s or The Innsbrook Corporation’s failure to enforce any term of these Official
Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

VIII. SPECIAL CONDITIONS – WINNER AND SPONSOR LIABILITIES: Once the
Wedding Giveaway prize is accepted by the Winner, there shall be no further contact
between Innsbrook and any Sponsor/Vendor regarding service performance and/or
negligence. All contractual matters (other than those provided by Innsbrook) are between
the Sponsor/Vendor and Winner, exclusively. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary
contained in this or other agreements/rules, Winner agrees to release and hold harmless
Innsbrook, its officers, directors, employees, contractor and/or other personnel from any
claim by or against the Winner and Vendor/Sponsor.

IX. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Innsbrook Corporation and Sponsors as released
parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused
by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilized by the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to,
malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or
software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the
Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the
Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property
which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in party, from entrant’s participation
in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize(s). If for any reason an entrant’s
entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or
corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Wedding Giveaway Sweepstakes.

X. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Each participant expressly agrees that: (1) any and all
disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Wedding
Giveaway, or any prize(s) that may be awarded, shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or

state court within the State of Missouri; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall
be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering
this Wedding Giveaway Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (3) under no
circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant
hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any
other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have
damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues concerning or arising out of this
Wedding Giveaway Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri
without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions that would cause the
application of the laws of any other jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.

XI. These are the official contest rules of the Innsbrook Wedding Giveaway. These
rules may be subject to change without notice.
