After 25 years, Rufina is retiring and we thank her for her important work of caring for and feeding the Temple Sholom community. She is beloved by the congregation and has helped hundreds of families celebrate important milestones in their lives like B’nei Mitzvahs, as well as helped everyone enjoy weekly Shabbats and Jewish holidays all the more. Her famous fruit platters are now part of the Temple Sholom tradition. Rufina calls us her family and we look forward to seeing her when we are once again able to be in the building. She will not be far as her wonderful son Bernie continues as our cherished custodian.
